This spacious two-bedroom, two-bath Destin vacation rental overlooks the beachfront community pool. It has direct views of Florida’s natural, protected sand dunes and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If you're looking for a real getaway, Destin on the Gulf 204 is perfect for you as it's more secluded and private than many of the greater Destin area condos and beaches.

This is located on the second floor.

This condo on the beach has plenty of space for those moments when everyone wants to find their own private corner of paradise and for those moments when everyone wants to gather for a great time together. The open-concept living area is outfitted with ceramic tile. The living area is great for entertainment with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. The beachfront balcony is the perfect place to settle in and experience the fantastic sunrises and sunsets of the Emerald Coast. Not to mention the occasional dolphin sightings! The dining area provides plenty of space for all to enjoy memorable meals together. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all you will need if you decide to whip up your own special creations and family recipes.

The master bedroom provides incredible beach views and is perfectly positioned for being lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private master bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The full guest bathroom only steps away.

Beautiful view and condo!
The condo was great and the complex was so fun. The pool area was clean and well taken care of. You could rent chairs on the beach right in front of the condo! We loved it.

Fun in the sun
Nice property - loved the two king beds and 2 full baths. Super easy access to pool and the beach. Very private and quiet area of Destin but close to restaurants and stores. Lots of fun with family - saw dolphins from the balcony the first day. Will definitely go back in the future.

We overall enjoyed this rental property but the condo could use some updates such as new appliances and a larger hot water heater . I couldn’t get hot water in the kitchen and our showers would get cold early in when we all showered in a short amount of time . Overall , these things would not keep us from coming back though . The unit was clean , the beds were comfy , and we enjoyed the property.

Room 204 is right above the pool. Great view, but some pool noise. Would be nice if condo had beach chairs, umbrella for guests to use. Elevator is right across from room and so is the laundry room. Convenient and didn’t hear noise.

Compass resorts was great to work with, answered my emails and phone call immediately. We needed microwaveable bowls and they had them in the unit almost immediately! I highly recommend booking with them and this location on holiday isle is picture perfect

We were delighted by the unit! Very clean! Master bedroom needs new shade. Master bath tub needs attention, no gray bar and very old faux! Kitchen needs better dishes and glassware! All in all, super!!

This condo is in a perfect spot in Destin.. a quieter part of the beach but minutes from restaurants and things to do. The view of the beach and pool are perfect. We watched the dolphins from our balcony or the beach every day. The place was clean and well managed, and our stay was about perfect. I only gave four stars because the condo is quite outdated and due for a renovation. In addition the tv in the family room is tiny, and there are only 4 forks, so bring your own silverware.
