The Palms of Destin 1203 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo vacation rental located in central Destin, Florida. The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center is filled with amenities for those seeking an active beach vacation. The beach is only minutes away with our complimentary beach shuttle. The resort has multiple pools with waterfall features, a hot tub, playground, fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. The Palms of Destin is centrally located with easy access to attractions, area restaurants, shopping, and water sports.

This condo features a large master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full over full bunkbed and a nearby full bathroom.

The rooms here are always really nice, updated and taken care of by the individual owners.

The rooms here are always really nice, updated and taken care of by the individual owners. It's good see that they are making improvements to the pool area, however, the outside of the hotel, ie the walls and signs, look a bit run down for the price. They don't want us to hang towels on the balcony b/c of how it looks but the paint is chipping and there are stains along the walls of the exterior.

We loved the condo

We loved the condo, staff and property. My only wish was that the lagoon pool was a bit warmer as we were visiting in October and it was cooler. However, that would never stop us from coming back as the heated smaller pool and hot tub did the job.
