This two-bedroom resort condo has everything you could want from a beach vacation home. With tile floors and modern appliances, the condo was designed with relaxation in mind. Comfortable furniture and beach views from your balcony will make the time you spend at this vacation home just as enjoyable as the time you spend lounging on the beach. Conveniently located on the tenth floor, you’re just an elevator ride away from the pool, hot tub, spa, and other resort amenities. The sky bridge is located off the pool deck and it offers quick access to the beach and incredible views.

The condo is furnished with a washer and dryer.

The inviting living area has plenty of seating for your family and friends to enjoy each other's company while sitting comfortably around a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Plus, the couch in the living area converts to a queen sleeper sofa to help accommodate larger parties. The kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware to make your favorite meals from the comfort of home.

The master bedroom includes a luxurious king bed, an oversized closet, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full beds and a bathroom located right outside the bedroom with a tub/shower combination.

Compas Resorts was so easy to deal with. They pretty much took care of everything. Checkout was so easy. Our rental was wonderful. The owners had everything we needed. The layout of the condo was perfect. And the balcony was big and had a nice view of the beach and beautiful blue water!

Experience was great

Experience was great. Only issue was I didn't receive the code for the condo thru the portal until the second day of our stay. Did call the office and received it over the phone so it did not cause any issues with our stay. Staff at Compass was very helpful and awesome to work with. Will stay again with you in the future.

Absolutely loved it!

Absolutely loved it! I truly enjoyed every single minute of this stay. The rental was spacious and very clean. The master bedroom was gorgeous! The view to the ocean woke me up in the morning and put to sleep at night. The attached blinds kept falling during the stay. But that was because we kept the doors open and the wind would blow. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay in this beautiful condo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great Experience!

Great Experience! The condo was clean and ready for us to use when we arrived! Aside from a couple of dirty dishes which isn't a big deal, we absolutely loved it here! This was my first time to Destin, Florida and when we come back, we will be staying in this condo again for sure!

Excellent Condo

I was so pleased with this condo. The rooms were perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved that there was a washer and dryer so we could keep from packing home dirty clothes. The view from the balcony was perfect and it was so peaceful. I absolutely loved the parking garage and although it was a large resort, it felt very cozy. We used the cross walk to go to the beach and we loved the pool. I was very happy and loved the area where the condo was located. This was our first visit to Miramar Beach and we were so pleased. Also it is far enough away that you can relax but also within 20 minutes if anything you could want to do. I highly recommend!

Check in/out process was very fast and easy. The few interactions we had with staff were friendly and professional. Short walk to the beach with two access points. Good ocean view from the patio. Unit was nice and would definitely stay again. *FYI: Guests are permitted 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella (free) with property-first come, first serve."

Amazing Time

We had an amazing time. The walkway to the beach was a huge benefit and private chairs were great as well. There were many places within walking distance on the beach and sidewalks. It was a great family trip and the condo was great. Overall, the whole building is ready for an overhaul but salt and sand will do that to anything. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again!

Answer:

Reservations canceled prior to the final payment due date will result in a full refund, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. Reservations canceled after the final payment is made will result in a refund of 25% of the reservation total, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. One change is permitted to be made to reservations prior to the final payment. All changes to reservations after the final payment are not permitted. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will result in no refunds.

Does this unit have a regular coffee maker or K-Cups? Is there an instapot or crockpot? Distance to grocery store? Where can we find out what is going on in the area March 10-16? Thanks for your help.

Answer:

This condo unit is equipped with both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Additionally, a crockpot is provided for your convenience. Nearby grocery stores include a Publix supermarket, accessible within an 11-minute drive, or a Walmart, reachable in approximately 13 minutes by car.
