This place is a perfect getaway for a small family. The kids love the bunk beds and there were a ton of other kids to play with at the pool, which was well maintained and where we spent most of our time. The air bnb was spotless and has a beautiful ocean view. Just make sure to bring any seasonings/oils/coffee/sugar if you plan on cooking or having coffee there, as the rental company only supplies you with the basic hotel amenities like bath/dish soaps. We will most definitely stay again, hopefully sooner than later!

We truly enjoyed our recent Vrbo stay. The breathtaking view was an absolute highlight of our visit. Its convenient location near the beach made our days wonderfully relaxing. We appreciated the ease of access to the shore. Every aspect of our accommodation contributed to a memorable experience. This property offered a perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. We are very grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here. It was an exceptional and highly satisfying vacation. The kitchen was stocked with every possible pot, pan, and kitchen gadget you could need. Including a Kurig that could make individual cups or a pot. Starter kits with paper towel, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, a sponge, ect were appreciated. The condo was very clean and furniture was comfortable. It was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. This place was perfect!

This 3rd floor condo is in a good location directly across the street to beach access. A pretty view of the beach from the balcony. It is clean, has everything you need in the kitchen and king sized bed was comfy. Was perfect for my adult daughter and I for a fun mom and daughter vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is small, but clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy, too. The kitchen has enough items for cooking your meals at the condo, but you will need to bring your own salt/pepper, olive oil, coffee filters, etc. There were only two dishwasher detergent pods provided for a week long stay - so you may want to bring more of those as well. The location is perfect, right across from the Pompano Joes beach access, so you don’t have to battle for beach parking. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

The property was directly across the scenic highway so we could see everything from the balcony. It was between the Wharf and the Harbor and we went to both. There was plenty of parking and everything was in good shape. And a block away from Pompeno Joe's..

We just loved our stay at Summerspell! Such a cute clean condo with beachy decor and ocean view from balcony. I love staying on the Emerald Coast, the ocean water is so clear and beautiful! The bed is so comfy I wanted to bring it home with me! My only suggestion is to get room darkening curtains in the bedroom for people who like to sleep in. High end outlet mall is just down the road on 98! Can't wait to go back, thank you so much Compass Resorts!

Unit 309 is great! This is a great place clean and cozy within walking distance to the public beach. I say public since there is public parking by the beach and additional parking in front of the hotel. The beach does gets crowded, but is kept clean, AND there are NO chairs and umbrellas blocking the view like you have with the high-rise hotels. It has an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Parking is available in front of the stairways, very convenient. In my personal opinion, must have a window curtain for the master bedroom window, the sun is super bright in the morning and if you want to sleep-in it's kinda hard with so much light, plus it gives more privacy at night. Having one bathroom it's a bit crowded but it's manageable and has plenty of towels. We liked the fact that there is a sliding door by the bunk beds, it gets super dark in that hallway and the kids can sleep in without any light or noise from the kitchen. We would definitely come back to this place and recommend it to others. Thank you Compass Resorts.

Loved how close we were to the beach and I loved how we had a great view ! Everything we needed was right down the road walking distance ... a great coffee shop (bad ass coffee) , Alvin’s beach shop and circle k ... and pompanos joes was right there which has excellent food 😊my only complaint was Landry was not in the unit and you had to pay for it .. but luckily unit 309 was pretty close to it. Overall I would stay there again !

Property was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We had no problem with anything in the condo. We would stay again. Would suggest adding a few essential kitchen items: like foil, salt/pepper, etc.

Great location, beautiful view! The condo had everything we needed for our family of four. So appreciated all the little “starter items” (e.g., dish liquid, dishwasher pods, paper towels, etc.). Beds and linens we’re wonderful, and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the closet. Numerous towels for the bathroom as well - never ran out! The only thing I would change about this condo...replace the small trash can in the kitchen. It fills up quickly, so bring extra bags! :). Would definitely stay here again!

I took my entire family down to Destin for the New Year. We had such a wonderful time, and really loved this location. The gorgeous beach is just across the street! We also had a great view of the pool which was perfect for the kids. Lots of nearby restaurants and a killer coffee shop. I would definitely recommend this place for families or anyone who wants a picture perfect spot in Destin!

This condo is perfectly located! Our family has stayed here on multiple times and it is a wonderful value. Perfect location, wonderfully decorated and well kept. This condo has a great view of the beach from the 3rd floor porch. Confortable living room with pull out couch offers a great view of the water. The built-ins in the hallway offer a great retreat for my teenagers. Nice master with two way entrance to the bathroom. The entire property is like new and kept that way by the owners. Walking distance to BadAss Coffee, DQ, and our favorite Pompano Joes. Literally steps across the street to the most perfect beach anyone could dream of. The swimming pool and hot tub are always perfectly maintained. This place is a real value. If you have a large group like we did last year, the neighbor condo of #308 is rented by the same owners and equally maintained. You won't regret staying here.
