Find your next onshore oasis at Pearl by the Sea. This beautiful beach home features an open concept floor plan, six bedrooms, and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Spend your days soaking up the sun at the beach or relaxing in the spacious backyard, complete with a private heated swimming pool, gas grill, and sand volleyball court, perfect for gathering with family and friends.

Inside, the inviting living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it the ideal place to unwind after a day in the sun. Prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family feast in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table and breakfast bar to enjoy meals together. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, access to the shared bathroom, and views of the backyard. Another guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the backyard. Completing the first floor is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, along with an in-home washer and dryer.

The second floor features four additional bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bright and spacious primary suite includes a king bed, a flat-screen TV, private access to the balcony with partial Gulf views, and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination. For added flexibility, two twin rollaway beds are also available in the primary bedroom. One guest bedroom offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The remaining two guest bedrooms include a king bed in one room and a twin-over-full bunk bed in the other. A hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves these two bedrooms.

Located less than 500 feet from the Alamo Street beach access, Pearl by the Sea also includes four beach chairs and a beach wagon for guest use. For added convenience, the large driveway provides parking for up to four vehicles, along with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. For the pool to be heated during your stay, we require at least 48 hour notice before your arrival to ensure the pool has time to reach the proper temperature of 88 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat charge is $50 per day of your reservation. This home is equipped with a gas based pool heater, which can operate as intended regardless of outdoor temperature.

My family and I stayed at Pearl by the Sea for our mom's 80th birthday. Everything about the home was wonderful. There was enough room for everyone, enough supplies in the kitchen for us to have a successful birthday brunch. We grilled and also swam in the pool and closed out our last evening with karaoke and quesadillas. I would definitely recommend this home. We will also select this home again for future family gatherings. My brother drove all the way down from Rochester NY and was glad to have his own room with a bathroom.

Great for families!

The house was in a perfect location for getting in and out in the Miramar beach area. It was a short walk to the public beach access with a cross walk for safe crossing with little ones. The layout of the kitchen and dining area was spacious and accommodating. The outdoor area with the volleyball court and pool provided fun for the whole family that was steps away. This property accommodated parking space for 4 full size suvs easily.

Great house!! Photos are accurate. Located on a very quiet street that is directly across the street from the public beach access. Clean and modern feeling house that is excellent for large groups with multiple families. Management group was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Clean, spacious, and in a walkable neighborhood

We loved staying here! A group of 3 parents, and kids ranging in age from 12 to 20. The house is clean, spacious, and fully furnished. The washer and dryer are on the first floor, right off the kitchen. Perfect for throwing beach towels right into the without having to carry to another level! Kitchen is decently stocked and provided everything we needed - even a colander. Plenty of basics (cups, plates, silverware.) This home location was fantastic and had easy beach access- just a short walk. It was also EASILY walkable to many restaurants, tourist shops, and grocery store. Lots of shopping that was also walkable. The property managers were incredibly QUICK to have anything addressed. The only 'con' was that the 1st floor bunkbed bedroom has the only door that provides direct access to the pool. So you have to walk through this bedroom to get to the pool, unless you walk out the front door and walk around the house. That wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but if I was splitting this with another family, it could have been a dealbreaker. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay in this house and would recommend it!

Family vacation

Perfect place for family vacation! Great location! Private pool and volleyball court. Beach right across the st. Plenty of parking! Our family vacation was a blast staying here!

Answer:

The first floor offers a full bath with a tub/shower combo. This bathroom connects from the hall and the queen bedroom. The second floor offers a full bath with a tub/shower combo that is connected to the king bedroom that overlooks the backyard. The hall bathroom between the additional king bedroom and bunk room has a tub/shower combo, accessible from the hall and king bedroom. The primary bathroom has a tub/shower combo as well.
