We love Maravilla! This is the second condo we have stayed at there and we had an amazing time despite the tropical storm warning! This property had a beautiful scenic. Our balcony faced the beach across the street. Nice and quiet ample space in the unit. Wish it came with beach chairs and beach toys but it did not. Great for families
We loved the short walk to the beach and the pools. are very nice. The condo was nice and in a great location facing the beach. The fridge is huge so there’s plenty of room for food and there’s a large table to eat at. Great high speed internet. The only inconvenience was that the dryer took forever to dry towels. Great Place

Loved it here!
Stayed in this beautifully furnished condo with my husband and our husky. Waking up every morning with a view of the gulf from both the living room and master bedroom was wonderful. Everything was exactly as advertised and was worth every penny. Nice property ,beautiful views of the ocean from your balcony and just a few steps to the beach. We loved this condo ,it was very clean for being pet friendly. It was decorated nicely although the king size mattress needs to be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo. Had a wonderful time at this condo!
We have stayed in this same condo unit before and felt right at home. It's very nicely decorated and has a beach feel. The view is terrific from the balcony since you can see the ocean from the 2nd floor and you can hear the waves! It's close to the pool area and easy to get to the beach, so it's the perfect location. Very pet friendy and our dog did well here. We only had 1 issue with not being able to connect to WiFi Sat. and Sun., but management sent someone to check the unit right away and then the cable company had to replace wires, etc., so everything worked as of Monday (not necessarily a bad thing to be disconnected from the Internet!). Great beach condo! It was a perfect fit for us and two teens. And pet friendly!
We really like staying at this condo complex! Very convenient place on the beach with good access to restaurants. This condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We had a direct view of the Gulf from our room and balcony....just beautiful! This is our first time to this area of Florida and I can’t believe how beautiful the sand is here! Very nice condo and location!
We loved this condo/unit and our stay at Maravilla! It is in a good location with easy beach access, and nice to have the private beach area. The view from our balcony and overall location in the complex was perfect. We were happy we chose it and would stay here again in this same unit! The grounds are beautiful and perfect for walking our small dog, and it is very pet friendly. Also it is very family friendly and good for kids.. The pool was wonderful and nice that it faces the ocean. As for the actual unit, the inside is very pretty and we felt at home instantly! We did have 1 incident where the door lock broke and we couldn't get in our condo, but we called the after hours number, and Compass Resorts called back promptly and within an hour had a maintenance guy come out and fix it, so the issue got resolved with quick turnaround time. Overall, a nice place to stay.
The unit looked exactly as pictured on the website. We had an air conditioning issue that was quickly addressed, but other than that everything was great. There were plenty of towels and we appreciated the large washer and dryer. The beds werecomfortable with plenty of pillows. The second floor view was perfect; I think a third floor unit would have a partially blocked view due to the palm trees. I would recommend this place. Great vacation at this location directly across from the Gulf, plus close to great restaurants and shopping. Compass Realty was EXCELLENT to work with. The condo was very well equipped for cooking The dryer needs replaced immediately Contacted Property Manager and they were very prompt to come fix but it takes two to three cycles to dry & no one has time for that on vacation Overall was amazing!!Anonymous
