Very clean, family friendly condo! Less than a 5 minute walk to the private beach, 2 great pools and the beach service being included was so nice. Walking distance to great coffee and restaurants but a quiet atmosphere within the Maravilla gate. Communication was fast between guest and host. 10/10 experience!

We really enjoyed staying at this resort. First of all, communication with the host was excellent; they responded promptly, and the instructions were clear and simple. The place was exactly as described very clean and tidy, with a great beachy vibe. Everything worked well, and we had easy access to both private and public beaches (a 5-minute walk). We also really liked the resort amenities, including the two pools and the pickleball court. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our 4th of July family vacation! The condo was exactly as listed! Very clean, well stocked and well maintained! Very short walk beach with beach service! We loved the covered picnic area and enjoyed several games of cornhole by the pool! Our family had an excellent visit and would stay here again!!!

Perfect location with a private beach. This place has all the things you need and then some. 2 rolls toilet paper in each bathroom and complimentary shampoo conditioner lotion in each room. Small bottle dish soap, dish scrubber, 1 toweling. Ironing set. Keurig coffee and regular drip coffee. Plenty of cooking essentials, 4 beach chairs in bunk room. Washer/dryer. Also private beach with access each unit comes with complimentary umbrella and chairs. If you go to beach at 7 am you can ask to reserve at front but not necessary as it really did not matter to us where we landed- plenty of chairs. The ocean is blue/green and clear! Beautiful sunsets!Very clean. The unit is on 2nd floor on the end which is nice however the neighbors above us sounded like they were moving furniture around a lot- more than likely they were moving kitchen chairs on hardwood not sure. This place does have carpet but it does help with noise I’m sure for the neighbors. Very safe area! There is a coffee shop less half mile in either direction. Area is great for walking, biking. Also you can rent golf carts (few places to rent nearby) and go pretty much everywhere on island.Overall was a great stay.

Great location, and the Beach Service was fantastic! Family of four (with two tween/teen boys) staying for the 4th of July holiday week. We used the pool a lot and tried out the pickleball courts. Had a maintenance issue with a lanai door the first day there, and contact with the manager was smooth and efficient, with a repair person there shortly after my call. Condo was nice, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but I do wish they would leave some seasonings in the cabinet. The welcome boxes contained enough supplies to get us through the entire week on dishes and trash bags, which was a plus.

Everything was PERFECT! Location, cleanliness, extra towels, all the kitchen was fully stocked with more dishes than you could possibly use. There was beach accessories available for use. It was very cozy and perfect for our group of cheerleaders who traveled down for a cheer competition! Highly recommend!!!!!

The location is great! Right across the street from the ocean, 5 minute walk tops. Heated pool, hot tub, corn hole, pickle ball and tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball hoop and pavillion all in a central location. There is also a big yard for other yard games. Lots to do when you need a break from the beach.

Everything about this place is great. Only negative is as a returning guest we didn’t read the fine print that stated the balcony is currently closed, but only a small inconvenience.

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans etc. We would suggest leaving the seasonings, salt, pepper, cooking sprays and etc. that people leave behind. We have stayed at many properties that do this and it's very helpful. Also the ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs fixed, it's wobbly and makes loud noises. The TV in the master bedroom also turns itself on in the middle of the night. We did really like the amount of bath towels and washcloths that were provided and the little boxes of dish soap, shampoos and conditioners. We of course were disappointed with the balcony being closed our entire trip when it was not supposed to be and with the jackhammering of the walkway outside our front door but we have discussed that and settled it. The check in was easy and we were grateful for the early check in once the condo was ready

We had a great stay. The condo was super clean and convenient to beach and pool. The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed. My only complaint was the living room furniture was not very comfortable at all. Beds were great though!

The check in process was super easy. The keyless entry code made it convenient and we didn’t have to worry about keeping up with a key. The location was perfect since it was close to pool and the beach.

Overall the unit was clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked except for toaster that didn’t work. After a long drive from MO, having some coffee and a few coffee filters would be amazing. The outdoor table is unstable and we didn’t use it. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks"

Great place!!! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very nice. Great location! The only issue was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs to be replaced and contacting the main office, it took a little while to receive a call back. No major issues though and We will definitely be back!

We loved our room in Maravilla! The beds were very comfortable, the room itself was pretty soundproof (our upstairs neighbors were pretty loud and sounded like they were doing construction most mornings), and it was in a great location to the beach. We loved that our room came with beach chairs and overall we had a great experience!

July 4th Vacation Every thing was clean and had no issues with property. I did think I was going to be on the beach end of condos but being on the end was a plus even if it wasn’t the beach end. You are fairly close to some grills, a pool and the fitness center. But don’t get there early and expect to maybe get in before the 4 pm check in time because you can’t in until you get the text your room is ready and get gate codes. Would recommend for sure.

Lovely condo great location; close to beach and dining Condo was very clean and inviting. Location is great; very close to everything.; private beach is just across the street. It had everything needed just as advertised. We had one issue with the washing machine being so dirty that the clothes came out covered in lint and dirt. The host did offer to schedule a service call to clean it. We would stay here again. Loved it!

This property was clean and taken care of. My only complaint is that it was difficult to find and customer service had no idea how to tell us to find it. It is in a community with several other condos which made it hard to locate.
