We had a wonderful stay at Majestic Sun 1106A and would absolutely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Destin/Miramar Beach area! The condo was a great home base for our beach vacation and had everything we needed. One of the biggest highlights is definitely the location. The view CANNOT BE BEAT! Being right across from the beach made it incredibly convenient to come and go throughout the day, especially with kids and all the beach gear that comes along with them. The condo itself was wonderful. I could tell the fridge was new. We were traveling with our multi-generational family and there was plenty of space and TV’s for everyone to spread out. Overall, this condo worked extremely well for a family beach vacation. Between the gorgeous Gulf views, convenient beach access, comfortable accommodations, pool, and great location, it checked all the boxes for our trip. We made some wonderful family memories here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

This place is a gem! Well taken care off. Host is responsive and has plenty to offer. Had over 6 beach chairs, wagon, cooler. Has an impressive mini bar section with an ice machine. At first I wasn’t sure because lack of reviews but it was great! Even the balcony has plenty of space. We had a party of 8 and still had room for more! All rooms were clean. Don’t even read the other reviews and just book this place! Will Come back asap!!

Amazing ocean views and spotlessly-clean interiors that looked just like the VRBO pictures! Very quiet and private despite being in a busy location. Suggestions for improvement: add clothes/towel hooks in the bathrooms (not able to hang very much). They include some beach gear which is great, but the beach umbrella was missing its bottom pole section. One of the two shower valves in the upstairs guest bathrrom was very hard to get to run hot water and be controllable. I think its just worn out and needs replacing or tightening.

This condo was perfect for my family of 13! It has 4 bedrooms which is perfect for all my kids and spouses to have their own rooms and for those who have littles were able to set up pack n’ plays. The only issue we had is the bunk beds did not have guard rails so the littles couldn’t utilize that bed and had to sleep on the bottom with the parents. But overall this condo was absolutely perfect, clean and beautiful views for all!

Our first trip to Miramar and we will return. Any problems we had were quickly taken care of and followup calls were greatly appreciated. We never saw management but they were definitely tuned in. It was springbreak and there was noise especially late at night. Truthfully that was my only complaint. I might add that getting wagons with beach gear was a difficult task with no ramps and was not tried after the first day.

The pros - condo was very clean and spacious, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels, large dining table, gorgeous view from the balcony of the beach and Gulf; assessable, to golf, shopping, and restaurants. Condo contained a beach umbrella, and a boogie board and a few infant items. The cons - all mattresses need to be replaced. They were very uncomfortable and we did not feel rested in the morning. One out of three elevators were out of order the whole week which made for some long waits. Access to the beach was not kid friendly or handicap assessable - made it difficult to take children down multiple steps with all the beach gear. Wouldn’t advise paying the $50 a day for the two beach chairs and umbrella. The beach chairs were very narrow and uncomfortable. The indoor pool is connected to the outdoor pool, therefore when it storms, you are not allowed to use any of the pool facilities. Overall, the 11 of us - ranging from 1 to 63 enjoyed our stay, and would return if new mattresses were provided. The condo was very lovely and we had a great time.

The space was wonderful. We was there without a washer ten entire stay and the dryer didn’t work at first maintenance came and fixed the dryer along side of my dad’s assistance. The air conditioner leaked under the closet door. I was fearful that my elderly mother would slip and fall so I was concerned and constantly wiping up the water.

My kids, grandkids and I thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation at your beautiful condo. We were happy to find this rental. Our Southwest flight from Milwaukee to Orlando was suddenly canceled on December 27. So instead of a Disney vacation—-we decided to drive to Destin.( arriving on December 28). ⭐️🥂We rented 7 penthouses for our event and this was the most well appointed property. The furnishings were amazing, the property was spotless, the wifi fast for streaming live video footage without interruption. Now let’s talk about the view. This side of HEAVEN the very best it gets. This is a beautiful condo as shown in the pictures. There were a couple cosmetic things, i.e. cracked mirror, broken spindle on seat, marks on patio cushions, but nothing that was a huge deal. I would most definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for our family and allowed for a much needed relaxing vacation. Be sure to check out the hot tub, it's amazing! If you like to cook you might want to bring your own knife and pan. All essentials are provided but we just needed a sharp knife and bigger pan. Just go, you won't be disappointed.

The condo was amazing! The accommodations are exactly as pictured. We travelled with 4 adults and 6 kids and had PLENTY of room. We never felt like we were crowded on top of each other. The place was immaculate upon arrival and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The app is a great addition to the rental property. The pool was perfect for those days we didn’t go to the beach, and the sunsets from the balconies were breathtaking! We will definitely book here again!

So with all the Covid craziness it was nice to have some normalcy. Going out to eat enjoying time at the beach with the family and being around friendly people! Love the panhandle and the southern hospitality! The views from the porches in the condo were perfect! The two story condo is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the indoor pool as well as the close proximity to the beach. We love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds are soft and comfortable, even for those with back pain. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs so this might be important to know for some. Only the bedroom with the bunk beds is downstairs. Also plan to bring your own beach towels and chairs. Would stay again in a heart beat!

We loved our stay at the Majestic Sun. The penthouse condo was perfect space for our family. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. We also loved the heated pool. Overall our stay was perfect but a few things need improvement; better vacuum to keep up with the sand( it had the worst old Hoover vacuum) and the showers need a good cleaning ( looked liked black mold on the tile wall in the master shower).

We come to Majestic Sun twice a year and this by far has been the best vacation home we have every stayed in. The only thing I would suggest is to consider offering beach towels for guests. We always have to buy when we are there and then throw away when we leave since we fly there and beach towels are too hard/bulky to pack.

The condo we rented was beautiful, very spacious for our family of 14, and the view was amazing! We loved being able to cook meals in the huge kitchen. We were there for our daughter's wedding and couldn't ask for better accommodations. We have stayed in several places in Destin/Mirimar Beach and this one ranks with the best that we have stayed at. Love the location, this unit is very spacious and I would suggest it to anyone.

We really enjoyed being in this unit. There was plenty of room for us and our four grown children and their families. One suggestion: When someone books a room that sleeps 14+ usually they are not traveling in one or two cars. Please consider making better arrangements for providing parking passes. It was a real fight to get them to provide the additional passes we needed - especially in light of all the signs warning of cars being towed who did not display the passes. The management did not agree to additional passes until Wednesday after we arrived on Saturday. The stress of worrying about being towed definitely dampened the experience.

The pictures on the internet were beautiful but actually staying there waking to the Ocean waves and surrounded by beautiful decor was like living in a dream. Plenty of room for a family of 13, there were 3 master bedrooms that all had King beds for the 3 adult couples, a bunk room for six of the grand kids and plenty of room for the pac n play for our 10 month old granddaughter. It was well equipped with nice appliances and dishes and a large pantry. It was so close to the beach you could not only see but hear the Ocean and the Master Suite was stunning! The moment my husband walked in the door he was ready to come back and stay again. The grands all hated to leave and thanked us for providing them such a nice Christmas present of being all together for a beach vacation. It does have stairs which could be a problem for some but they were also part of the beauty.

We had a great girls weekend! The place was extremely nice and very spacious. Had issue with the app for check in as I believe they changed over systems, but got it figured out eventually. They were pretty Quick to respond to any questions.

Birthday Vacation My husband and I wanted somewhere we could stay with our family and this had enough space for everyone that we invited. The only thing that I did notice is that some of the furniture needs to be update or cleaned really well. Other than that it was awesome and the view was amazing!

We stayed at room 1106A at Majestic Sun. The place was clean and views of the Gulf were breathtaking. We would definately stay here again when back in Destin! My family and I had a wonderful time staying here.

We rented 7 penthouses for our event and this was the most well-appointed property. The furnishings were amazing, the property was spotless, the wifi fast for streaming live video footage without interruption. Now let’s talk about the view. This side of HEAVEN the very best it gets. The energy off the ocean is hypnotic! You will not be disappointed!!!"

This is a beautiful condo as shown in the pictures. There were a couple cosmetic things, i.e. cracked mirror, broken spindle on seat, marks on patio cushions, but nothing that was a huge deal. I would most definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for our family and allowed for a much needed relaxing vacation. Be sure to check out the hot tub, it's amazing! If you like to cook you might want to bring your own knife and pan. All essentials are provided but we just needed a sharp knife and bigger pan. Just go, you won't be disappointed.

The condo was amazing! The accommodations are exactly as pictured. We travelled with 4 adults and 6 kids and had PLENTY of room. We never felt like we were crowded on top of each other. The place was immaculate upon arrival and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The app is a great addition to the rental property. The pool was perfect for those days we didn’t go to the beach, and the sunsets from the balconies were breathtaking! We will definitely book here again!

Great stay! Beautiful views and a fabulous place to stay. Everything was comfortable and well appointed but some of the main floor furniture was a bit tired (mainly the living room). Otherwise we loved everything about our stay!

Amazing Penthouse Condo My kids, grandkids and I thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation at your beautiful condo. We were happy to find this rental. Our Southwest flight from Milwaukee to Orlando was suddenly canceled on December 27. So instead of a Disney vacation—-we decided to drive to Destin.( arriving on December 28). Our grocery list was extensive ( including all spices). Other than that— we experienced a fabulous beach vacation at your beautiful condo. Thank you.
