Edgewater 301

We absolutely love Edgewater and have been coming for years! You won’t find a more peaceful and relaxing place. Compass was extremely easy to work with. We ended up cutting our vacation a few days short in a hurry due to a hurricane and they called to check on us without prompt as the mandatory evacuation ensued. I would recommend Edgewater as a location to anyone and Compass is amazing to book through.

We have stayed at Edgewater before and it was nice but we rented through a different company than Compass and this time was so much nicer. The condo was beautiful and clean and there were plenty of supplies from the kitchen to the bathroom for the week that we were there. They even had infant supplies for us to use like a crib and a little walker and high chair. We will definitely be renting with Compass Resorts again.

The living room needed a couple of throw blankets to get cozy while watching tv. I forgot my Yeti cup for the beach and could have used one. We had been to Destin a while back, but this is our first trip to Miramar Beach. Location is great-grocery store within walking distance CVS within walking distance. Tons of restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive.Parking was a little dicey. There is a parking garage, but you have to have a very short sedan to fit in there. Which means everyone with an SUV is fighting for spots outside and there are not many. Pool and beach area are really nice. Whether this past week wasn’t the greatest so we had no issues getting chairs at the pool in the early afternoon. I did find it a little offputting that renting two beach chairs for the day was 69. Thankfully, we had brought our own chairs and because it was so windy while we were there, we ended up spending most of our time up at the pool. Actual condo was great for a family of four. I have two older teenage sons who shared the room with the two double beds. That was perfect for them and they had their own bathroom.Kitchen is really well stocked with cups, plates, utensils and cooking needs. I was just shocked that there wasn’t even a salt and pepper left behind. Every other place we’ve ever rented has at least had salt pepper and some spices and things like ziplock bags and alum foil left in cabinets.Communication from the rental company was top-notch. Would definitely rent from them again.

Our condo was great! Everything was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was so nice to stay in a condo that had an abundance of towels haha! The only thing that would have been nice to have with our young kiddos would have been a safety lock/latch on the top of the door. Not at all because we felt unsafe and were worried about someone breaking in, but because my kids (ages 4 and 2) knew how to open the door and there was no way to lock it to prevent them from escaping the condo. Other than that we had an awesome time and we are already looking forward to our trip next year.

We were very pleased with this condo rental. There was a beautiful view from the balcony and bedroom window, and it was close to restaurants and a grocery store. A nice starter set of items was provided by the rental agency as well. We enjoyed the pools, and the beach chair service was wonderful. The grounds of Edgewater are beautiful and well maintained. The rental agency was quick to respond when we had questions and very courteous. We look forward to staying here again!

The location is very convenient to parking and the beach access as well as to shopping and dine in locations. Great beach front view to watch dolphins during sunrise. The unit was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. My only complaint is about the mattress in the master room, it is clear the mattress started to sag some time ago. It has poor support at least for us.

I have stayed at so many places over the years, but I must say that this is the cleanest condo that I have been to. When we arrived all of the couch cushions were sitting upright and you could see that they were all cleaned prior to our stay. If you walked through the condo there was NO dirt or grit on the floors. The location could not be any better for a group of ladies wanting to go to the beach or shop. The decor was beautiful and well taken care of, all of the beds were very comfortable!i plan on booking with this same condo for next year! ❤️

The property was awesome! Clean, just as described, no issues at all with that. The only real issue we had was parking. Vehicles under 6 foot could park under the building in a garage, but a lot of the didn't. This left parking a challenge for those of us who couldn't park in the garage. The view was spectacular, very close and easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and hope to next year!

Great property and location! My 10 year old wasn't happy with the hot tub rule of 12 and older which wasn't specified anywhere in the rental information. We have a hot tub at home and I only look for properties that have hot tubs so we can enjoy them, especially with the cooler evenings. Otherwise, our vacation was perfect!

We will be coming back to this place. Perfect stay with my 1 yr and 4 yr old boys! We were never bored and we could walk on to the beach any time we wanted and as often as we wanted! It is fully equipped with everything you will need and very clean! Washer and dryer in our place were great for easily washing our wet clothing! No complaints from us!

We had everything we needed in this nice condo. Easy to get to the pools and beautiful beach. Nice option having the grill by the pool to get lunch or drinks. Be aware they stop serving around 2:30 even though the sign says they close at 3 and the website says 5. Very nice to be able to walk to the Winn Dixie across the street. Other food options within walking distance and we walked to Starbucks as well.

We had a wonderful time here. We have 4 kiddos and we loved the location of the unit. I’m always concerned with the balcony when it comes to my young kids and it was only one floor above the ground and we were still able to enjoy the view while feeling safe with the kids outside. It is also right by the elevators and stairs and has easy access to the pool and beach. Loved the condo and all it had to offer. It was very comfortable and updated. Would stay here again. We requested another set of sheets for the king bed during our stay and it came immediately. Compass resorts were very accommodating. Location of the Complex is right by the WinDixie, so it made grocery shopping very easy and quick during our stay.

Great stay- kitchen had everything we needed, well-kept condo, couldn't ask for a better location! Came with our 3yo and 10 month old , was nervous about having the kids there so young but condo was well-equipped, as were the ameneties (playground, pool, and beach easily walking distance). Thanks for a great trip, will definitely be returning!

The location is very convenient to parking and the beach access as well as to shopping and dine in locations. Great beach front view to watch dolphins during sunrise. The unit was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. My only complaint is about the mattress in the master room, it is clear the mattress started to sag some time ago. It has poor support at least for us.

Loved the stay!! Room was clean, perfect condition Loved everything about it. Only one comment to the owner, as a possible recommendation. The king mattress has a big hump on the center. Really the only thing that was annoying.

Overall good We had a great time at Edgewater and Miramar beach for the week. We wished there would have been more descriptions about what was provided in the condo so that we didn’t need to pack as much to bring with us. There was an awesome kurig, fan, cooler and kids things already in the condo which was really nice ! We enjoyed the pool and the funnel fries at the snack shack at the pool ! Thank you for an overall great experience!

I have stayed at Edgewater a couple other times and it never disappoints! So nice to be on the beach and close to shopping and dining! This unit was well kept, beds comfortable and everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely recommend this unit!!

Thanks for letting us in early. We loved mobile check in. Condo was great. Hideabed has a very thin mattress. That’s our only complaint"

Great location. We enjoyed this condo and it's pools. Which we're kept really clean.. Easy walk from the pool area to the beach. Our only complaint was the main door leading from the living room to the patio was broke the entire time. Other than that we enjoyed this condo, looks just like the photos.

This condo is very clean and is well furnished with comfortable beds and seating. The condo is on a lower floor of the building which is easy to access from the stairs. The washer and dryer worked well and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We would stay here again.

301 was the absolute perfect condo for our family. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect - to the elevator, beach, pools, grocery store, CVS, and shops. Beautiful decor and such a homely feel. We’ll be back in 2021

Great place Our stay was great other than the property manager was crazy about kids in the hot tub. That was not listed on the website when booking either. Other than that we would stay again in the future

Beautiful view and locationThe view and balcony are absolutely wonderful!! Seeing the ocean from your bed in the master bedroom was one of the most wonderful things to wake up to! The place is supplied more like a hotel, so for a longer stay come prepared with extra soaps for the kitchen, laundry, and make sure to bring your own coffee. The condo was decently clean but felt like it could have been a bit better, particularly the floors. The resort is a very nice place, and walking to the beach was one of the best things we had with small children!
