Blue Surf 21

This was by far the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in at the Blue Surf! It was really nice to actually see the vents were so clean. Loved it. Loved Unit 21. The best.

Our stay at the Blue Surf Condos through Compass Resorts was exceptional. Parking was super easy and right in front of the condo. Walking in, our stay was very nicely organized and cleaned very well. We were given a start up of cleaning supplies and toiletries which was great! There were plenty of extra blankets, bath towels, and kitchen supplies. Everything was just as described on the listing and we very much enjoyed our stay. Compass Resorts checked in with us throughout our stay and were very proactive at responding to any questions or concerns we had. We traveled with two young kids so condo #21 was awesome given it was a quick 2-3 min walk to get onto the beach. Would 10/10 recommend this stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was going well

This place was perfect! We LOVED our stay (5 nights) and are looking forward to booking next year! Very spacious, extremely clean and beach convenience was exactly what we wanted!! Loved having the wagon and beach chairs! All you need to bring for the beach is an umbrella! The ONLY thing that we noticed that we really needed was a hairdryer. There wasn’t one in either bathroom and I haven’t ran across that is the last 15-20 years of staying places. We purchased one and problem solved! Looking forward to next summer and hoping to stay longer!! Management was EXTREMELY helpful in extending our stay by an extra night. My husband also said to mention the downstairs bedroom ceiling fan makes a clicking sound. I’m sure something can be tightened on that. No biggie. Thanks for a GREAT family vacay!! We will be back!!

The location was great; we could walk to Miramar beach in under 5 minutes. House was clean and well maintained. Compass resorts were very easy to contact and get help with issues. Smoke detector battery went low; they were there to replace it promptly. Would definitely stay again.

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a short walk that crosses a street to get to the beach. My almost 2 year old walked it perfectly fine. The pool was nice and neighborhood was relatively quiet. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The house is as pictured, but I do believe it is important to note that the master bedroom and living room are upstairs and the guest room/bath and kitchen are on the main level, which was a bit odd but we weren’t in the home much during the day anyway. The house was relatively clean with the exception for dust. We raised the blinds once and dust went everywhere. I also wish the appliances and showers were updated. The dryer took quite a while to actually dry our clothing but it eventually worked. Overall I would recommend to others and would stay here again due to the location.

We received the check-in access codes promptly at the time indicated. Upon arrival, property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything needed was provided. The view of the beach from the balcony was a nice touch. The beach truly is a 2 min walk away which was perfect for us given we had our infant with us. Excellent property and managed well. We love being able to walk to the beach and use the pool. Nice kitchen and beds are very good. Love the walking paths on this stretch of Miramar. Unit has all we need. Cable was not working and Compass sent a maintenance person and called HOA. The HOA called Cox cable who came on Saturday and got things fixed for us.. Since there was an issue it was nice to know they made sure we got things fixed. They followed up with us to let us know what was happening.

Exceptional vacation rental!! Updated and beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great stay. I would highly recommend this unit, as it is walkable - literally right across the street from the beach and easy walking to local restaurants. Bring your running shoes - there is a path that starts right outside the front door and goes up and down the beach. There are even tv’s in the bunk beds for each kiddo!

Our family lives the Blue Surf complex. It is clean and safe and right across the street from the beach. Compared to other units we’ve rented at Blue Surf, this one stood out as one of the better, more updated rentals. The management company was extremely easy to work with and they were very responsive to our needs. We had a couple of very minor issues and they were resolved quickly. My only complain is that the dishwasher and clothes washer are very old and need to be updated. Additionally, the patio chairs need to be replaced. They are in terrible condition. Other than that, everything else was great!

We had a great time! Blue Surf 21 was the perfect place to get away from the rush and relax! We had beautiful views of the gulf. When the water was rough, we just lounged by the pool. The green space was perfect for letting the kids run off energy without being too close to the road.

What else is there to say? Everything was great. My wife loved it, and didn't want to leave. The only issue we had the entire time was that we couldn't get the ground floor patio door open. That easily could have been completely on me. It definitely wasn't a big enough issue to impact our stay.

Blue Surf 21 has been beautifully renovated. All they lack in having a complete reno is updating the bathtub/showers. The appliances and furniture are all very nice. The unit is 2 BR, 2 BA. It has the master BR with ensuite bath upstairs, with the living room offering a nice balcony with pool and ocean view. The bathroom is easily accessible from the living room as it is just inside the bedroom door. The living room also has a nice wet bar with cabinetry and a wine/beverage refrigerator. Right down the stairs is the entrance to the unit and the beautiful kitchen with a lovely distressed table for 6, a kitchen island with granite countertop and seating for 2, clean white appliances and white cabinetry. Down the hall is the second bathroom and the second bedroom with a queen bed which also has access to the bathroom from within. This bedroom has a huge closet and a second closet with shelving. There are sliders which go out to the patio, which lead directly to the pool (literally 20 steps away) and also the pathway to the beach which is directly across the street from the property.....SO convenient. The only drawback for the person sleeping in this room is that everyone will be traipsing through your room to go to the pool and the beach because it is truly the shortest path to both, so your bedroom will be like grand central station (it was MY bedroom with 7 adults and 4 babies staying there:) I had to sweep my room 3 times a day because of the sand on my bedroom floor! There are televisions everywhere, including one in each of the bunkbeds in the master bedroom, one for the master bedroom, one in the living room, one in the kitchen, and one in the downstairs bedroom! The townhouse has a bit of an awkward layout, with bedrooms separated and living room and kitchen separated, but all of the room are LARGE, including the bedrooms and baths. Overall, this is a beautiful unit and the pool was amazing, location was amazing, and management company (Compass Resorts) was Johnny on the spot when we needed a safety lock installed because of the toddlers trying to escape the townhouse through an easy open door. Would definitely stay here again. Best for families without toddlers or babies, because of the stairs.

From the wood floors, fresh painted walls, new appliances and furniture to the fantastic view. Blue Surf accommodated all of our guests and needs. With two bedrooms, bunk beds, and pullout couches, sleeping our party wasn't an issue. The dapper living room equipped with all the necessities such as a flat screen TV, comfy couches, and even provided family movies created a fun, family environment. Not to mention the outdoor balcony great for a sip of coffee in the morning overseeing the surf. The two-story complex provides space for a larger party, and also allows plentiful seating. Although the location of Blue Surf is close to numerous, popular restaurants, Blue Surf's full kitchen allows families like mine to cook meals. Both extremely, new bathrooms have shower/baths and sinks. Blue Surf gave my family the true "Perfect Getaway" and we can't wait to go back!

Our family lives the Blue Surf complex. It is clean and safe and right across the street from the beach. Compared to other units we’ve rented at Blue Surf, this one stood out as one of the better, more updated rentals. The management company was extremely easy to work with and they were very responsive to our needs. We had a couple of very minor issues and they were resolved quickly. My only complain is that the dishwasher and clothes washer are very old and need to be updated. Additionally, the patio chairs need to be replaced. They are in terrible condition. Other than that, everything else was great!

We loved the split floor plan and location of the condo. Super short walk the beach and a great spot to go for a walk in either direction for food and entertainment. Highly recommend this one!

We loved that it was so close to the beach and Pompano Joe's. This is our favorite location! The condo has very nice upgrades and plenty of sleeping areas! We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo This stay was a 50th anniversary trip. Could not have chosen a better place. Few steps to the beach, great pool, condo very beachy and comfortable. Everything provided. We drove from Texas and it was worth every mile. Would love to visit again. Great anniversary.

We had a great time! Blue Surf 21 was the perfect place to get away from the rush and relax! We had beautiful views of the gulf. When the water was rough, we just lounged by the pool. The green space was perfect for letting the kids run off energy without being too close to the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s located directly across the road from Pompano Joe’s. It was so nice being steps from a pool and the beach! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Beach Access We love being able to walk to the beach and use the pool. Nice kitchen and beds are very good. Love the walking paths on this stretch of Miramar. Unit has all we need. Cable was not working and Compass sent a maintenance person and called HOA. The HOA called Cox cable who came on Saturday and got things fixed for us.. Since there was an issue it was nice to know they made sure we got things fixed. They followed up with us to let us know what was happening.

Blue Surf 21 has been beautifully renovated. All they lack in having a complete reno is updating the bathtub/showers. The appliances and furniture are all very nice. The unit is 2 BR, 2 BA. It has the master BR with ensuite bath upstairs, with the living room offering a nice balcony with pool and ocean view. The bathroom is easily accessible from the living room as it is just inside the bedroom door. The living room also has a nice wet bar with cabinetry and a wine/beverage refrigerator. Right down the stairs is the entrance to the unit and the beautiful kitchen with a lovely distressed table for 6, a kitchen island with granite countertop and seating for 2, clean white appliances and white cabinetry. Down the hall is the second bathroom and the second bedroom with a queen bed which also has access to the bathroom from within. This bedroom has a huge closet and a second closet with shelving. There are sliders which go out to the patio, which lead directly to the pool (literally 20 steps away) and also the pathway to the beach which is directly across the street from the property.....SO convenient. The only drawback for the person sleeping in this room is that everyone will be traipsing through your room to go to the pool and the beach because it is truly the shortest path to both, so your bedroom will be like grand central station (it was MY bedroom with 7 adults and 4 babies staying there:) I had to sweep my room 3 times a day because of the sand on my bedroom floor! There are televisions everywhere, including one in each of the bunkbeds in the master bedroom, one for the master bedroom, one in the living room, one in the kitchen, and one in the downstairs bedroom! The townhouse has a bit of an awkward layout, with bedrooms separated and living room and kitchen separated, but all of the room are LARGE, including the bedrooms and baths. Overall, this is a beautiful unit and the pool was amazing, location was amazing, and management company (Compass Resorts) was Johnny on the spot when we needed a safety lock installed because of the toddlers trying to escape the townhouse through an easy open door. Would definitely stay here again. Best for families without toddlers or babies, because of the stairs.

All I need to say is, WONDERFUL, this unit was perfect for our stay, bedding was comfortable, easy access to beach and pool, Top floor had ocean view, and just steps to the nicely maintained pool. I would stay here again and again. Thank you so very much !

We loved staying here! I think our favorite was our view from the 2nd floor! Being able to see the ocean anytime was fantastic! The decor in rental was updated and very nice! We would definetly come back!

The condo is decorated super cute! The beds were very comfortable. It was very spacious for the four of us and the location is right across the beach & Pompano Joe's. We had a few issues with our condo (not in the control of Compass Resort) but we were extremely impressed with Compass Resort and their customer service and follow up with any concerns/issues we had. I was really impressed that they called us before we even arrived and gave us the code we needed to get in early.

From the wood floors, fresh painted walls, new appliances and furniture to the fantastic view. Blue Surf accommodated all of our guests and needs. With two bedrooms, bunk beds, and pullout couches, sleeping our party wasn't an issue. The dapper living room equipped with all the necessities such as a flat screen TV, comfy couches, and even provided family movies created a fun, family environment. Not to mention the outdoor balcony great for a sip of coffee in the morning overseeing the surf. The two-story complex provides space for a larger party, and also allows plentiful seating. Although the location of Blue Surf is close to numerous, popular restaurants, Blue Surf's full kitchen allows families like mine to cook meals. Both extremely, new bathrooms have shower/baths and sinks. Blue Surf gave my family the true "Perfect Getaway" and we can't wait to go back!
