Decorated with a chic, beach theme, this townhome is perfect for vacationing parties of all kinds. Blue Surf 21 has a modern look and feel that is sure to make this vacation one you will never forget! Some features you will be dreaming about after you leave include custom wood-like tile floors, granite countertops, flat-screen TVs, and a wet bar. Tucked in a quiet community along Scenic Gulf Drive, you will find yourself just steps from the beach and still close to all the Destin area restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

This is a two-story townhouse.

The main living space on the first floor includes the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware you need to create your family’s favorite meals. The dining area has seating for six at the table and there are two additional seats available at the breakfast bar. The living area includes a wet bar complete with a mini-refrigerator perfect for your favorite beverages. The furnished balcony and its incredible beach views are accessible through the living area.

The guest bedroom, also located on the first floor, is furnished with a queen bed and flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom has private access to the patio and views of the community grounds. There is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination accessible from the guest bedroom. The master bedroom contains a king bed, large closet, flat-screen TV, and its own private master bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom can also accommodate two additional guests with a set of built-in twin over twin bunk beds. Each bunk has its own flat-screen TV.

Another great Blue Surf Rental

Our family lives the Blue Surf complex. It is clean and safe and right across the street from the beach. Compared to other units weâ€™ve rented at Blue Surf, this one stood out as one of the better, more updated rentals. The management company was extremely easy to work with and they were very responsive to our needs. We had a couple of very minor issues and they were resolved quickly. My only complain is that the dishwasher and clothes washer are very old and need to be updated. Additionally, the patio chairs need to be replaced. They are in terrible condition. Other than that, everything else was great!

Perfect Location

We loved the split floor plan and location of the condo. Super short walk the beach and a great spot to go for a walk in either direction for food and entertainment. Highly recommend this one!

Great location, awesome upgrades to the condo!

We loved that it was so close to the beach and Pompano Joe's. This is our favorite location! The condo has very nice upgrades and plenty of sleeping areas! We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo

Perfect Beach Vacation Condo This stay was a 50th anniversary trip. Could not have chosen a better place. Few steps to the beach, great pool, condo very beachy and comfortable. Everything provided. We drove from Texas and it was worth every mile. Would love to visit again. Great anniversary.

The perfect place to get away!

We had a great time! Blue Surf 21 was the perfect place to get away from the rush and relax! We had beautiful views of the gulf. When the water was rough, we just lounged by the pool. The green space was perfect for letting the kids run off energy without being too close to the road.

Great Beach Access

Great Beach Access We love being able to walk to the beach and use the pool. Nice kitchen and beds are very good. Love the walking paths on this stretch of Miramar. Unit has all we need. Cable was not working and Compass sent a maintenance person and called HOA. The HOA called Cox cable who came on Saturday and got things fixed for us.. Since there was an issue it was nice to know they made sure we got things fixed. They followed up with us to let us know what was happening.

Beautiful decor, excellent proximity to pool & beach

Blue Surf 21 has been beautifully renovated. All they lack in having a complete reno is updating the bathtub/showers. The appliances and furniture are all very nice. The unit is 2 BR, 2 BA. It has the master BR with ensuite bath upstairs, with the living room offering a nice balcony with pool and ocean view. The bathroom is easily accessible from the living room as it is just inside the bedroom door. The living room also has a nice wet bar with cabinetry and a wine/beverage refrigerator. Right down the stairs is the entrance to the unit and the beautiful kitchen with a lovely distressed table for 6, a kitchen island with granite countertop and seating for 2, clean white appliances and white cabinetry. Down the hall is the second bathroom and the second bedroom with a queen bed which also has access to the bathroom from within. This bedroom has a huge closet and a second closet with shelving. There are sliders which go out to the patio, which lead directly to the pool (literally 20 steps away) and also the pathway to the beach which is directly across the street from the property.....SO convenient. The only drawback for the person sleeping in this room is that everyone will be traipsing through your room to go to the pool and the beach because it is truly the shortest path to both, so your bedroom will be like grand central station (it was MY bedroom with 7 adults and 4 babies staying there:) I had to sweep my room 3 times a day because of the sand on my bedroom floor! There are televisions everywhere, including one in each of the bunkbeds in the master bedroom, one for the master bedroom, one in the living room, one in the kitchen, and one in the downstairs bedroom! The townhouse has a bit of an awkward layout, with bedrooms separated and living room and kitchen separated, but all of the room are LARGE, including the bedrooms and baths. Overall, this is a beautiful unit and the pool was amazing, location was amazing, and management company (Compass Resorts) was Johnny on the spot when we needed a safety lock installed because of the toddlers trying to escape the townhouse through an easy open door. Would definitely stay here again. Best for families without toddlers or babies, because of the stairs.

All I need to say is, WONDERFUL, this unit was perfect for our stay, bedding was comfortable, easy access to beach and pool, Top floor had ocean view, and just steps to the nicely maintained pool. I would stay here again and again. Thank you so very much !

Loved staying here!

We loved staying here! I think our favorite was our view from the 2nd floor! Being able to see the ocean anytime was fantastic! The decor in rental was updated and very nice! We would definetly come back!

Super Cute Condo - Right across beach!

The condo is decorated super cute! The beds were very comfortable. It was very spacious for the four of us and the location is right across the beach & Pompano Joe's. We had a few issues with our condo (not in the control of Compass Resort) but we were extremely impressed with Compass Resort and their customer service and follow up with any concerns/issues we had. I was really impressed that they called us before we even arrived and gave us the code we needed to get in early.

The Perfect Getaway

From the wood floors, fresh painted walls, new appliances and furniture to the fantastic view. Blue Surf accommodated all of our guests and needs. With two bedrooms, bunk beds, and pullout couches, sleeping our party wasn't an issue. The dapper living room equipped with all the necessities such as a flat screen TV, comfy couches, and even provided family movies created a fun, family environment. Not to mention the outdoor balcony great for a sip of coffee in the morning overseeing the surf. The two-story complex provides space for a larger party, and also allows plentiful seating. Although the location of Blue Surf is close to numerous, popular restaurants, Blue Surf's full kitchen allows families like mine to cook meals. Both extremely, new bathrooms have shower/baths and sinks. Blue Surf gave my family the true "Perfect Getaway" and we can't wait to go back!
