The main living space has an open-concept floorplan giving the entire space a grand feel. The living area is decorated with comfortable furnishings and sits around a large flat-screen TV. The living area couch converts to a queen sleeper sofa, which is perfect for larger parties. The entire south wall of the living area is composed of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the beachfront balcony. Sitting just beside the living area, the dining area offers seating for four at the table with an additional four seats available at the breakfast bar. The large gourmet kitchen features all stainless-steel Viking appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware you need to create memorable meals as a family.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private beachfront balcony. The master bathroom has a large garden tub, walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, and plenty of vanity space.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, large flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and private access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This guest bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV.

Bella Riva will be performing an exterior restoration project starting on October 31st 2024. During this project, guests can expect noise from concrete repairs, which will be heard throughout property. Balconies will be partially closed from December 12th to the middle of January 2025, and fully closed from February 24th to the end of March 2025. Additionally, the West beach access and pool will be closed from December 19th to the beginning of January 2025, and again from February 24th to the beginning of April 2025.
