Bella Riva 106

The unit is beautiful and has everything you need. Very clean. Huge balcony and large unit for a family of 8, we had enough space that you didn’t feel like your on top of each other. Most definitely plan on going back to this unit!!! The manager was very nice and easy to work with!!

We enjoyed staying at Bella Riva and hope to return! The condo was clean and the view was beautiful! The condo was well stocked. This was definitely one of the nicest condo's we have stayed at with the beautiful kitchen, crown moldings and luxurious master bath. The only negative is that the bunkbed mattresses could be replaced and the beds in that room tightened so they are not so wobbly. Thank you for allowing to stay at this resort. We had a wonderful week!

This condo was great! Probably the best view that I’ve ever stayed. The patio was just and extension of sitting on the beach. Being on the first level was the best. Condo was nicely furnished, rooms and bathrooms were beautiful! Gas grill and range were great to cook on. Secure parking and entrance. All good things to say about this condo!

Bella Riva is a very upscale complex. Loved the Viking appliances!!! The beach service was wonderful! My only complaint is the parking situation. We had 4 vehicles, so parking the extra 2 was a worry. Otherwise, Bella Riva is the ideal vacation spot.

My family and I absolutely loved this unit!! It was perfect for everyone that went. It had enough space and the view was excellent! The only downside is the 2 parking passes! That was very stressful for my family because we had 3 vehicles. All and all we had a wonderful time!

We had a great time in this unit at Bella Riva. The location is perfect along with the view of the ocean and dunes from the balcony. The condo had everything you could need. Very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Close to beach, stores, restaurants. Great management. Best shower pressure I've had on Oskaloosa. Great seating in living and all 8 of us sat together for meals. Can't say just how pleased I was with this condo.

This condo is so pretty and could be so much better with some repairs/renovations. The ocean view is wonderful. We were told when we arrived that the shower in the master bath leaks and would be repaired during our stay (which it has not been repaired and we only have 2 more days). It is so loud and almost impossible to sleep. The oven knob in the kitchen is broke and we were told the part had been ordered to repair it this week. The appliance service company came and could not find model number on oven, so it had actually not been ordered as we were told and probably will not be repaired this week. The pillows in the living room are nasty and falling apart and need replaced. The rug in the living room is a fall hazard and needs replaced. The sliding door to the balcony from the master bedroom is nearly impossible to open. These are things that could easily be repaired.

Don't second guess, book now. Wonderful !! We had a wonderful stay. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Close to beach, stores, restaurants. Great management. To start, the ac wasn’t functioning when we arrived. The igniter on the grill didn’t work and the beds were just ok. The beds in the bunk room were very uncomfortable, even for kids. The faucet in the master shower leaked all week to the point that water was leaking outside the shower and it sounded like someone was in the shower all week. To be fair, compass called me and made me aware of the situation and that someone would possibly be out to fix it that week but no one did. We had issues with the dryer as well, had to run it several times to get it to dry. And the Wi-Fi is terrible. Called about that and they sent someone out to do a “re-set” on it and it didn’t do much good. The cell service is terrible from the kitchen on so you HAVE to use the Wi-Fi in order to make or receive phone calls. On the flip side, any issue we had, compass was so awesome to deal with. They were kind and friendly and sent someone out right away to handle our issues. The pool was small for such a large condo building but it was well cared for which I appreciate. The view from the patio was lovely But the nail in the coffin…was the bugs. The palmetto bugs (aka cockroaches) were disgusting. I realize it’s Florida and it’s their ant. But it’s gross. I don’t want to reach into a drawer to get a spoon and fight a bug for it. So I gave this place 3 stars for the mere fact that I’ve rented from compass many times and every other place has been outstanding. So I’ll rent from them again. Just not this one..Eeks.

The condo was amazing! We had 10 people in the condo and never felt like we were stepping on each other. We all had a great time and the beach was fantastic!

Compass resorts was great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The unit is beautiful, FWB is a great place to stay for families. Bella Riva is the best on the island. That said, this particular unit needs some attention. Only 2 of the 6 burners were working. The dishwasher was broken. Both needed parts to repair. The master bed is awful. There is a hump in the middle and it is indented on each side. The dining room chairs sink in the middle. The grill was discusting and I would not even attempt to use it. I would definitely rent from Compass again, they were attentive and responsive. I would rent at Bella Riva again but not this unit.

Best condo I have ever stayed in (we've been traveling to the Emerald Coast for over 20 years). It is beyond spacious. The pictures don't do justice to the high ceilings and the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that just add to the spectacular views.

A lovely, well maintained condo. We had everything we needed. Marble counters and floors, big appliances, spacious rooms, beautiful bathrooms. The view is lovely... the balcony had plenty of room for relaxing. Gated community... nice pool. Short walk to the beach. We would stay again and I give this complex and condo a "10"!

Condo exactly as pictured. Even though 1st floor, still had great....unobstructed....Gulf view. While pool could not be viewed from condo....almost meant no pool sounds which in this facility doesn't mean much as the facility was in general very quiet. With gated locked entries everywhere, the facility felt very safe and secure. The condo was very large and did not fill crowded with 9 family members using it.

Gorgeous views, professional grade kitchen appliances, lots of space, comfortable beds, large balcony with dining for 6. The most AWESOME master bathroom ever made! Huge walk in shower with large bench and three shower heads. Large garden tub. Tastefully decorated with beautiful finishes. So nice I am taking some ideas home with me! We hated to leave!!! By far, the BEST vacation rental we've ever stayed in! Bella Riva means Pure Luxury in my book!

This Condo was very luxurious, well furnished with plenty of room for the family. We had three couples, (our kids) and their children. There are 3 private bedrooms with bathrooms and a 4th bedroom that was perfect for 3 small children. This area has several fine restaurants and attractions and is only a short distance from Destin with all the shopping, dining and entertainment offered there. We hope we can work it out to come back often.

The condo was fantastic. We had two families and enough space for all. We loved sitting on the balcony as the view was great. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend staying here.
