The Summerspell community is ideally located on Scenic Gulf Drive and offers beach access, a community pool, community hot tub, and a grilling area. With only three floors, you’ll truly enjoy being so close to the beach and away from the crowd at the same time. The living and dining areas have all-new fashionable furnishings that complement the coastal condo. The sofa in the living area serves as a queen sleeper, which is perfect for vacations with more family and friends. The kitchen features new full-size appliances, gorgeous new granite countertops, and all the cookware and dishware you’ll need to create and enjoy meals from the comfort of your vacation home.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat-screen TV, closet space, and direct access to the full bathroom. In the hall, you’ll find two built-in twin-sized bunk beds.

Me and family were very happy would highly recommend this place I’ll be back in the summer very nice view to the beach pool water was heated kids loved it even though it was cold outside they still went in the pool and jacuzzi

Excellent small condo
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is small, but clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy, too. The kitchen has enough items for cooking your meals at the condo, but you will need to bring your own salt/pepper, olive oil, coffee filters, etc. There were only two dishwasher detergent pods provided for a week long stay - so you may want to bring more of those as well. The location is perfect, right across from the Pompano Joes beach access, so you don’t have to battle for beach parking. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

The property was directly across the scenic highway so we could see everything from the balcony. It was between the Wharf and the Harbor and we went to both. There was plenty of parking and everything was in good shape. And a block away from Pompeno Joe's..

The beach and water was beautiful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Check In process was so simple. And working with Compass resorts was great. Loved the small quiet setting instead of the high rise with big crowds.
