The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Maarten 303 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy coastal theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for five with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. The first guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a twin over a twin bunk bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Fantastic! Unit 303, St. Maarten was my most-favorite of all my stays!!! We throughly enjoyed our stay this year!!! Also, access to 98 via a stop-light was a game-changer! Can’t wait until next year!!!

This is a great condo! We truly enjoyed our stay. The beach chairs that were in the laundry space made evenings on the beach perfect! As usual, Compass Resorts rental service was great to work with too.

The grounds are beautiful, clean, well maintained & kept safe by security. Our room in the St Maarten building was clean and beautiful and the view was perfect. The pool was clean and the beach was gorgeous. I will definitely come back!

The location is great, the resort is great and the condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. We all loved it and will be back for sure. We enjoyed the beach bar, the pool and the sitting on the balcony relaxing to the sound of the waves.

Room was in great condition for our stay. Everything was clean and organized. Stocked kitchen helped with meal prep. Trash chute convenient for disposing of refuse. Close to the beach and great balcony views.
