The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Maarten 1106 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy coastal theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The extra spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The first guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen over queen bunk beds and a TV. just steps from both the second guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

You can’t go wrong staying at 1106. From the breathtaking gulf views on the private balcony to its convenient location for walking to Destin’s popular excursions, shops and restaurants.

This condo is perfectly located by the beach and the resort style pool. Helped make our stay even more enjoyable having the conveniency for our kids. Perfect for friends and family getaways too.. but be sure to stop by the cool tiki bar & grill located between the two.

We loved the open floor plan that looked brand new with 3 beautiful, spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. TV in every room, comfortable living area and a kitchen that had every gadget you would need.

We were given clear instructions on checking in/out, even for after hours and had prompt service for any questions we had during our stay. It also included covered parking and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella.

No need to search any further.. Serenity at Silver Shells St. Maarten 1106 is a must stay that we can’t wait to do again!!!

This condo is perfect! The view can not be beat! Decorated beautifully! Super comfortable beds! A fantastic dining table that seats 8 (most condos seem to have only 4 or 6 seats)! Can not wait to reserve this condo again!! Loved our time there!!"

This condo was very clean and comfortable. The rooms worked really well for our family giving everyone their own space. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and the view cannot be beat. We loved looking out at the ocean from our balcony. One of the best parts of this resort is the private elevator to your room, including quick access to the beach or pool. We highly recommend this place and would stay there again anytime!

This Condo appears to have been recently remodeled. We enjoyed how very spacious and comfortable the condo is. The views of the Gulf are beautiful from the balcony. The outdoor furniture combined with the wonderful sound of the gulf made for great relaxation and outdoor meals. All of the furniture was new with 3 big screen televisions that made for great downtime. A gated parking garage and secure elevator that opens up to the condo provided a very safe feeling. We loved our time there and certainly hope to return.
