Silver Shells St. Lucia 303 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the third floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access and the St. Lucia building's private pool. St. Lucia 303 is the perfect location for your next Destin beach vacation.

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Lucia 303 have been tastefully decorated. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the new flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views. The dining area has seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, new flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, new flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Tennis courts, a basketball court, and separate aerobics and weightlifting facilities help to keep you active and energized!

The HOA has notified us that they will be painting the exterior of the St. Lucia Building. We have not been given a detailed schedule for the project, however they have stated that the project will begin on the front of the building in September 2023 and continue into Early March 2024. We expect that this will be a minimal disruption to your stay. A portion of the upper parking deck will be blocked off for equipment, but this will not affect the assigned parking in the interior of the garage. Cute 2 bedroom condo!!!
This condo was so cute! Nicely decorated and very comfortable !!! Loved staying here!! I needed some maintenance done & Compass was VERY friendly and timely - very helpful!!! Really appreciate the customer service!!!

Mostly my issues were with me & reading directions (ha!) but luckily y’all have a fail safe (a phone number to call) & a very friendly person on the other end of the line that gives you the info that is in your text message!!! Do want to say the condo is just gorgeous! Thank y’all so much!

Very helpful & friendly workers on beach, at pool, cleaning crew. . Very helpful to get a quick live voice when call compass resort # during the office hours for help. Great friendly security staff at gate and walking around facility! Thank you for asking :)

I absolutely loved the condo we stayed in 303 St. Lucia. It was very relaxing and the layout of the condo was fantastic. The condo was amazing and I loved all of the decor. I would love to know where they purchased the seagulls on the TV cabinet. I would love to have set of those. I really didn't want to leave. We will be back and hopefully get to stay here again. If possible, can you tell me where the seagulls on the TV cabinet in room 303 St. Lucia building was purchased? I really would love to have a set of them for my home.
