Silver Shells St. Lucia 1105 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the eleventh floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access and the St. Lucia building's private pool. St. Lucia 1105 is the perfect location for your next Destin beach vacation!

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Lucia 1105 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy seaside theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has bench-style seating for four and three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Tennis courts, a basketball court, and separate aerobics and weightlifting facilities help to keep you active and energized!

The HOA has notified us that they will be painting the exterior of the St. Lucia Building. We have not been given a detailed schedule for the project, however they have stated that the project will begin on the front of the building in September 2023 and continue into Early March 2024. We expect that this will be a minimal disruption to your stay. A portion of the upper parking deck will be blocked off for equipment, but this will not affect the assigned parking in the interior of the garage. Everything was great except the fact that the rooms did not cool down as good as the living room .the living was set to 65 but the rooms were more like 75 other than that our experience was great.

Perfect Spring Break
We vacationed here for spring break with our three year old and five year old. We have stayed at silver shells several times before. The unit was clean and well stocked. The playground is always a plus for our kids. It’s so nice that the condo comes with complimentary beach chair service. We will be back!
