This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the fifth floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access. The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix 503 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy beach theme with tile throughout. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, a tile backsplash, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. The laundry closet is in the main hallway complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and plenty of vanity space. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and private access to the north balcony. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, a TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just a few steps from the first guest bedroom, the second guest bedroom, and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Tennis courts, a basketball court, and separate aerobics and weightlifting facilities help to keep you active and energized!

These factors offset the slight need for some updates in the furnishings and baths (specifically showers). Parking spot is right outside elevator and under roof if you have a car; super convenient. facility seems very secure with gates, locked doors etc. Condo is on the fifth floor with just three other units so very private and quiet. Balcony is huge and out really is closer to the beach than the pictures show. master bath is very large and all bedrooms are large, quiet and comfortable. The pool is huge and seemed very well kept. The Beach is the nicest we have seen with CVV lear warm water in August. The included Umbrella and Chair service on the beach is practically priceless! Compass, the rental company privileges for service, got us in a little early and always answered the phone and our questions. In fact they even called us the day before to set things up and explain the check in process. Very unique to get that level of personal touch.

"You just can’t beat the views! The condo was nice, a little outdated from a decor perspective, the beds we’re comfortable, and the entire property management staff were excellent. Initially, we had some issues and miscommunication with the refrigerator. It was quickly resolved though! A+"
