Silver Shells St. Croix 1403 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast. This vacation rental offers private beach access. St. Croix 1403 will encompass the relaxing lifestyle you and your family are looking to enjoy on your next Destin vacation!

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix 1403 have been tastefully decorated with a tropical theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and plenty of vanity space. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, a TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just a few steps from the first guest bedroom, the second guest bedroom, and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The following amenities are open: Lagoon Pool, The Sand Bar, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, and The Spa at Silver Shells.

Great vacation experience, there was no ice maker in the condo and the toilet paper holder in the master bath was broken and the furniture on the balcony had a cushion tear. Other than those three items it was spectacular! We plan to return to Silver Shells! Very easy and customer service friendly!

Everything else was fantastic and we have definitely said we will be back!! I want to personally thank Chris for helping with our last minute reservations after we got double booked through air bnb. He was incredibly patient and kind when I was in a very stressful situation. I couldn’t be happier with how things worked out. Thank you for making my sons first vacation one to remember!!

The place was very nice and clean. The view from the 14 floor was spectacular. Everything went very smooth without any issues. There was plenty of room to spare with our 4 person family. The rooms were big and spacious and the closets were too. With the condos having two elevators for each side (east and west), it made getting up and down a simple task with no waiting. Highly recommend it!!

Condo was clean and comfortable. Had very nice layout and plenty of room for our toddler to play. It also had a fantastic view of the pool and the beach.
