The St. Croix HOA has scheduled construction to waterproof the exterior of the building, and re-coat balcony railings. This work will begin Tuesday, December 07, 2021, and is expected to be completed around Wednesday, June 1, 2022 (weather permitting).

This is located on the twelfth floor.

Silver Shells St. Croix 1206 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the twelfth floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access and St. Croix Cabana 2 is also included as a great escape from the heat and is located next to the resort lagoon pool. The cabana features a living area, mini-fridge, and a half bathroom. Check-in time for cabanas is earlier than regular check-in time for vacation condos. You can start enjoying your cabana rental at 10 a.m. on your arrival day and get a head start soaking up the Florida sunshine before you checking into your condo. Cabanas are available to enjoy each day until 10 p.m. when the pool area closes. Overnight sleeping in cabanas is not permitted. St. Croix 1206 is the perfect location for your next Destin beach vacation!

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix 1206 have been decorated with a modern chic look. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. Right off the kitchen is a laundry closet complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has incredible views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. The other guest bedroom has 2 queen beds for comfort. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The following amenities are open: Lagoon Pool, The Sand Bar, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, and The Spa at Silver Shells.
The following amenities are closed: Sports Courts, Indoor/Outdoor Pool, Fitness Center, and Cardio Center.

Guests staying in St. Croix during this time should expect general construction noise including loud grinding and buzzing between 8:30AM – 5:30PM CST Monday – Friday and be aware that balcony views and access may be unavailable for some or all of your vacation while this work is underway. In anticipation of the disturbances our guests may face while the building is under construction, rates for all units in St. Croix have been reduced by 15% on all nights between December 07, 2021 and June 1, 2022.
