Silver Shells St. Croix 1104 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the eleventh floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access. St. Croix 1104's relaxing beach chic interior sets the tone for a perfect beach vacation as soon as you walk in the door!

The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix 1104 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy coastal theme. An open floor plan with tile flooring gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and has plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. In the main hallway is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, tiled walk-in shower, and plenty of vanity space. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just a few steps from the two guest bedrooms and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Tennis courts, a basketball court, and separate aerobics and weightlifting facilities help to keep you active and energized!

A friend and I have stayed at Silver Shells three times now for our annual girls beach getaway.Our experience has been great overall! Other than that, we love Silver Shells. It is an added bonus to be able to SAFELY walk to The Back Porch for dining out.

Great Experience!
We had two families both with a 4yo and we loved the property, location and condo! The kids had a blast, the sand bar is a nice addition to the beach experience and the location was perfect for what we needed!

We recently stayed at the Silver Shells Beach resort and it was an amazing week. The grounds were impeccable, the pool clean, the halls, elevator leading to the condo were spotless, and the condo was more than we expected! Would recommend Compass Resorts and Silver Shells.

BEAUTIFUL unit and view!!! Would highly recommend and come again!! Loved the pool, tiki bar and chairs included on the beach! By far the best “resort” feel inside the US we have ever had!

We had an excellent time in Destin. The condo was awesome. Very clean and the management company was very attentive and responded quickly to any needs. The water and sand are like no other beach I have ever been to in the U.S. The water was so clear and the sand is just beautiful. Will definitely be back!!
