West Penthouse 1903 is a two-story, five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the nineteenth floor, West Penthouse 1903 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. West Penthouse 1903’s contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combinations to complement your next Destin vacation.

This two-story penthouse is located on the nineteenth floor.

West Penthouse 1903 offers ample space throughout three inviting open-concept living areas. The main living area greets you when you enter the penthouse. The second living area is by the kitchen on the first floor, the third living area is on the second floor, and both are complete with TVs and plenty of seating. The additional spaces create the perfect play area or media room for the whole family! In the main living area, you’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the first-floor furnished beachfront balcony, which also has a rooftop terrace with its own private hot tub. The windows are enhanced by the raised ceilings in the main living area, which maximize the beach view. The breakfast table has seating for four, the dining area offers seating for eight, and there's additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size, commercial-grade, stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Centrally located in the penthouse is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer. There's a half bath on the first floor nearby the living areas for convenience.

SECOND FLOOR
The second-floor master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, a wet bar, and private access to the second-floor balcony. The master bathroom has a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a full over a full bunk bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

FIRST FLOOR
The third guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Spring break
There were 8 of us, all adults, in the Penthouse 1903. It was comfortable and spacious. We loved having our own hot tub on the terrace. The kitchen tools are lacking so bring anything specific you need, especially if you plan to bake. Make sure you reserve the beach chairs online otherwise they won’t be set out.

Excellence
My family and I had never been to Destin. What a great decision to rent penthouse 1903. A beautiful spacious condo with a view of the emerald ocean water from every window. All the necessities were provided which was great. The beach is beautiful and the chair setup was a definite plus. I would highly recommend this penthouse. We may be staying again in the future. Beautiful penthouse suite! Loved this place except I always try to review the details that may help others. Bring your own cooking spices, sharp knives or other kitchen items that help you make great meals. The kitchen was nice but needs a handyman to tighten drawers, adjust hinges, and fix little items. The worst part of the resort was the selection of beach chairs. They assign you chairs and unfortunately our were the third row in the back. Can’t see the water. Even though we had the penthouse suite…..we had a crappy view on the beach. Not a big deal except that is the reason I paid a lot for our rental. Beautiful beaches!

This place was awesome. I will be returning to this spot without a doubt. Only odd thing was the washing machine soap the front desk wouldnt give us any for 7 people and we were provided one soap. The facility was awesome. people were great. dont be soap stingy! No seriously it was a great time. awesome views and over all top notch.

First, let me say that the Compass Resort staff is exceptional! Everything from check in to check out was very easy. We had an issue with the main refrigerator not working, and even though it was Sunday, a technician came and tried to repair it. It could not be repaired promptly, so a "loaner" refrigerator was brought up to our unit. Great service! We stayed at Silver Beach Towers, PH unit 1903W. We have stayed at SBT about a dozen times and in several penthouses. This unit is very spacious and everything worked as it should. The wet bar area with a wine cooler and commercial ice maker are worth a ton! The only criticism would be that the unit is need of some updating. I realize it is a rental unit and it is difficult to keep everything crisp. We will definitely return next year, and again, Compass Resorts is a pleasure to deal with.

This is a gorgeous condo with so much potential. We love how every bedroom has its' own bathroom and there's even an extra guest bathroom in addition. The kitchen has a fabulous layout, there's plenty of dining seating and we love that it also has a hot tub. As with any rental, there are likely going to be upkeep issues to include the filter on the hot tub needing to be replaced. We brought our own chemicals but even with those, the filter hadn't been replaced in so long or maybe it just was so dirty, the chemicals couldn't keep up. The stove top needs to be replaced and has needed to be replaced for years. We've stayed here a few years ago and had the same issues. You cook everything on low and it still burns everything you make. Very disappointing for the amount you pay to stay each week. Sadly, there was also a leak in one of the bedrooms that we reported but we understand that those issues happen. It would be great if there was more furniture or way to use the bedroom or room near the master. The lack of furniture makes that space unusable but it has so much potential. Overall, we loved our stay. Thank you.
