West Penthouse 1706 offers a coastal feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large, curved flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The breakfast table has three seats, the dining area offers seating for eight, and there's additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size, gourmet stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. On the first floor, you will also find a computer room complete with a desk and flat-screen TV, perfect for hooking up your gaming systems or squeezing in a quick email. There is also a half bathroom conveniently located on this floor.

FIRST FLOOR
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

SECOND FLOOR
The second-floor master bedroom is larger than the first-floor master bedroom, and it features an indoor balcony overlooking the condo, a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. On the second floor, there's also a comfortably furnished sitting area that looks over the main living space and offers the same stunning beach views. Just steps from this sitting area and the third guest bedroom is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day.
