West Penthouse 1706 is a two-story, five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the seventeenth floor, West Penthouse 1706 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. West Penthouse 1706 is the ultimate beach getaway!

This two-story penthouse is located on the seventeenth floor.

West Penthouse 1706 offers a coastal feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large, curved flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The breakfast table has three seats, the dining area offers seating for eight, and there's additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size, gourmet stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. On the first floor, you will also find a computer room complete with a desk and flat-screen TV, perfect for hooking up your gaming systems or squeezing in a quick email. There is also a half bathroom conveniently located on this floor.

FIRST FLOOR
The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

SECOND FLOOR
The second-floor master bedroom is larger than the first-floor master bedroom, and it features an indoor balcony overlooking the condo, a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. On the second floor, there's also a comfortably furnished sitting area that looks over the main living space and offers the same stunning beach views. Just steps from this sitting area and the third guest bedroom is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Excellent beach views
Great location on the Destin strip so we had plenty of dining options when we didnt eat at home and an excellent beach view with privacy. Home was as described, the customer service at check-in was good and check-out was easy.

The 1706W was fantastic. The compass resort staff responded very quickly to all concerns. I was impressed and appreciated the quick follow through. The living room furniture has very flat, uncomfortable cushions. The furniture in the rest of the house was very nice.
