West 705 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the seventh floor, West 705 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. West 705 is the perfect place to enjoy a stress-free Destin beach vacation!

West 705 offers a beachy feel with an inviting, tiled open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV complete with a DVD player. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Right off the kitchen is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Compass resorts has the rental system down and it makes the rental, check in and check out process easy. View of the gulf and the location on the strip is awesome! The garage parking area is great! The outside grounds are fantastic!

Perfect!! We have been blessed to spend some of our Indiana winter at your resort. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff, maintenance people, and housekeepers have been. I have told family that being there feels like a time warp because this is the way the world used to be!! Amazing property. We hope to have the opportunity to return next winter. Nice Property
The property was very nice and as described. The beach was beautiful and you had a view of it from both bedrooms. The only problem was we couldn't figure out how to work the living room TV as the remote wasn't operating correctly. The bedroom TVs worked just fine. Also for those planning on cooking, there are no spices, cooking oil or anything in the condo so bring your own. All in all, we had a great stay and will definitely book again.

First thing me in Destin FL
We had a great time for our first time to Destin FL. The room was great and the bed was so comfortable. The only problem we had was using the key to enter was tricky to get open. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful condo. The view itself is priceless! Having access to the balcony from both bedrooms and living room was very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Master bathroom is huge! Definitely enjoyed the jetted tub. Kitchen had all the appliances/dishware needed for food prep/cooking. Washer and dryer were brand new. Condo is located in a perfect location. Close to many restaurants, stores and shopping. Highly recommend eating at The Back Porch. Beach and pool access were quick and easy. Beach chairs and umbrella for free were a big hit. Property was well maintained. We plan to rent this condo again. Hopefully sooner than later!!
