The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. West 704 is the perfect place to enjoy a stress-free Destin beach vacation!

West 704 offers a beachy feel with an inviting, tiled open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Right off the kitchen is the laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king and a flat-screen TV. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Even though the local desk was closed on the day of our arrival, we were able to communicate via texting. Our check in was on time and a very helpful staff member of the property helped us in finding our rental location in the building as also got luggage carts for us. The actual rental home was certainly adequate for six adults and the view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. Dolphins were spotted on a couple of the days. The furniture is a bit dated, but we didn't drive from Wisconsin to spend a lot of time indoors, although some weather did keep us inside. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The pool area was very nice despite some maintenance being done on one of the two pools. Location is very good, with affordable Lyft/Uber transportation available to bars and restaurants. All in all, we would consider staying in the exact same property again or in another property within Silver Beach Towers. We would recommend Silver Beach Towers for anyone considering a stay in the Destin area.

This was my 2nd time staying at Silver Beach Towers. Each experience has been as perfect as it could be. The property is clean, well managed, and the check in/check out process is ridiculously smooth. This condo specifically (704W) was clean and well decorated! It felt very much like being at a home away from home. Absolutely no issues whatsoever! Am already planning on returning next year! I won’t stay anywhere else in Destin except Silver Beach Towers!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Silver Beach Towers to anyone. The floor to ceiling windows was my favorite and the short walk to beach was very nice with a 2 year old in tow. The property was always very clean and well managed. We will be back next year!
