West 702 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the seventh floor, West 702 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. West 702’s contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combinations to complement your next Destin vacation.

West 702 offers a beachy feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, a tiled walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Very relaxing. I would have liked to know up front that there is no food or drink on the premises. But once knowing that we were able to be more prepared. Property was very clean and well kept, both the condo and the entire building. We had a great time and will definitely return!

Nice Place , easy check in , we love it
The property it’s perfect, nice beachfront, the kitchen it’s new and cleaner , perfect place , the guest bed make some noises but still 100% perfect, I gonna try come back this summer again

The condo was spotless when we got here and it smelled great! We didn’t spend much time here except to sleep and the beds and pillows were comfy and clean. Excellent views from balcony, living room, and both bedrooms. Comfortable bed in master and clean condo. Property was in great location. Living room furniture not the most comfortable because of it being used a lot. Condo had excellent views from the living room and both bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms and property. Furniture was worn and kitchen not stocked for much cooking. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Clean, spacious, and great location to nearby attractions. The view from this unit is as good as it gets for a beautiful beach view. We also loved how the private covered parking was so convenient to the elevators that led to our room, made getting to our vehicle, pool, and beach very quick. Would definitely stay again.

I would definitely stay at this condo, and in this particular unit, again! The view is BEAUTIFUL! You can see full ocean views from both bedrooms and the living room/right when you walk in the door. The balcony is huge compared to other condos. 7th floor is a great location for views of the ocean and pool. Elevator goes right up to your door. The decor is beachy and modern, and the towels, glassware, pots and pans provided, etc. were exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and exactly as pictures and advertised. Thank you for having us!
