West 403 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the fourth floor, West 403 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. West 403’s contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combinations to complement your next Destin vacation.

West 403 offers a tropical feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, a TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The whole experience was very easy from reserving the room, beach chair rentals, getting access to the condo after hours. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and the pool area and beach were also very clean. Destin is a beautiful area, we unfortunately had very rainy weather while there. Gives me a reason to come back and will definitely try to get this condo again. Thank you!

This was our second year staying in St Croix but first in 1104. It was a great stay with a view from both sides of the building. Would love to stay in this unit again!
