West 302 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the third floor, West 302 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. West 302’s contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combinations to complement your next Destin vacation.

West 302 offers an upscale, beachy feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size GE appliances, custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is just off the kitchen complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower with a built-in bench.

LOVE Silver Beach Tower property. Amazing views of the gulf and just steps to the sand. Awesome pools and beach service. Check in was easy and the unit was clean. However, W302 Unit needs updating. The furnishings and decor are VERY dated and tired. A little refresh would be a huge improvement!

Great views!

First impressions were amazing and our week in the unit was very relaxing and comfortable. The entire week we had everything we needed throughout the condo. Highlights include: Fully stocked kitchen appliances and cooking gear; TV + Cable in each room; great location and view; comfortable dining table on patio. The pool and easy access to beach were better than other condo buildings we've stayed at in the Destin area.
