West 1501 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the fifteenth floor, West 1501 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. Make this vacation one to remember by staying in West 1501!

As an end condo, West 1501 offers travertine tile throughout and an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, decorative backsplash, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, a tiled walk-in shower with a bench seat, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

I always have wonderful experience. It is a perfect location, beautiful condo with ocean front . Love it every time. Would definitely come back Silverbeach . I love all the amenities, free beach service with assigned chairs , love heated pool for kids , best location in Destin with ocean front condo.

Wonderful Condo
Silver Beach Tower 1501W was amazing! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the view from the master was breathtaking! The master has a beach front view, while the other rooms had their own balcony and view of the strip. The only issue we had was the fridge wasn't cooling properly, but we did reach out to the owners and someone came to look at it but said they wouldn't be able to repair before we left. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again and recommend others too as well.

Beautiful views, beautiful luxury rooms. Compass personnel were wonderful BUT I will say there was a very Rude/ Mean security officer that made me think twice about coming back. Compass however assured me he was not part of compass but unfortunately, HOA hires them.
