West 1202 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the twelfth floor, West 1202 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. West 1202’s contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combinations to complement your next Destin vacation.

West 1202 offers a coastal feel with an inviting open-concept living area with travertine tile. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. There are Hunter Douglas blackout shades in the living room and both bedrooms allowing full views of the beach and pool along with the sunset and sunrise. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Just off the kitchen is a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer for extra convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, a LCD, LED flat-screen HDTV with a DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen HDTV with a DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

So far so good. Which elevator to use to access unit a bit confusing, but all worked out and live having so few units accessed thru each elevator stack.

Outstanding! Best resort we’ve stayed at in Destin. If the owners had a smart TV with streaming capability or download apps it would’ve been 1000%. Check-in was the easiest ever-front desk was very friendly and set the mood for the entire trip. We will be back!!

Staff were very helpful. The black at Silver Beach Towers was very clean. We walked the beach line and several of the other properties did NOT clean the beach. We wish we could stay longer.

What a wonderful place to stay. If I return to Destin I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevators were fast and rarely had to wait. Everything was great. Thank you for a great stay.

Destin beauty
The unit was lovely. Just what we were looking for for two senior couples who always fight over the bedroom with the ocean view. The kayout if this unit was perfect since both bedrooms had king beds and ocean views. Definitely a do over!

1202W was even more beautiful than pictured. The views were absolutely stunning from each room! This condo was located in the middle and prime area of Destin. Condo was very clean and updated. There were so many restaurants and activities located so close to the condo. This was our first visit to Destin, but we will return right to 1202W for sure!

Overall we were very impressed with the communication from Compass leading up to our arrival, the friendliness of the onsite staff at check-in and throughout our stay, the overall condition of the property, and the condition of the unit. The unit was exactly as advertised. We loved that there was a parking deck with an assigned spot. As an added bonus, the property is located at a traffic signal, which made leaving and returning very easy. Compass helped to make this virtually a seamless vacation! We had a great trip, and will definitely return to this property in the future!

There are so many things that make this an ideal condo. First - walking into the condo, you feel totally at peace.  The unit is super clean. The kitchen appliances are up-to-date. The linens and bedding are modern and cheery. Second - The owners, Donna and Terry, are truly hospitable. Within 1/2 hour of making the last minute reservations with Compass Resorts, Terry called to welcome us to his condo. He informed us of updates they just finished doing and told us his unit was ready as soon as we arrived (earlier than Compass resorts told us)! Third - the service Compass Resorts offers far surpass any other condo service we've encountered. And with the minor questions we had, Terry called us to make sure the questions were answered to our satisfaction. Terry and Donna, If we could, you would have gotten 10 stars!!! We're so glad we were able to get this condo for this short visit and are looking forward to our February!

. Everything is clean and crisp and comfortable. The mattresses had just been replaced and they were the best! The fabric on the deck furniture and dining room chairs had been replaced with a beautiful blue fabric. The views from the deck, the living room and both bedrooms are awesome!!! Love the open feeling In all three rooms looking out to the ocean...the sunrises and sunsets were breath taking. It was so easy to get to the pool and the beach which was another plus. The owners were hospitable and made sure everything was right. I can't wait to go back.

I did my my research, read reviews, completed my due-diligence, etc., before committing to this condo and Compass Resorts. Sometimes even the best-researched vacations can be disappointing. I feel SO fortunate to have found this condo and Silver Beach Towers to be outstanding!! So much so that though I've used TripAdvisor for years, I've never felt compelled to right a review until now. So here's the real deal. First, the condo itself: well-maintained, beautiful, tasteful decor, and all the comforts of home. It's updated throughout including appliances and electronics. The view is amazing from the 12th floor and you'll appreciate missing out on any pool noise! The beds and furniture were very comfortable and both bedrooms have amazing views and balcony access.  There are basic supplies to get you started - TP, detergent, and such. We stayed in for most meals and had all we needed to prepare our food. The elevator is right outside the door - which is on the interior of the resort. From what I could tell, there are only two other condos on the floor, so it's quiet and the elevators are fast! You can check out the pictures, but know it's even nicer in person and clean as a pin! As another review mentioned, this condo is a true extension of the vacation fun and not just a place to crash. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of this condo who just so happened to be vacationing the same week! They are very nice people with a true love for Destin and the beach, and they genuinely cared if we were happy with everything and enjoying ourselves. Their hospitality is reflected in the care of and attention to detail in W1202.
