East 403 offers a cool, beach-y feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. Just steps from both the first guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Silver Beach Resort. This is our second time here and we will be back next year!! One thing I would suggest is making it easier to get to the beach for people with wheelchairs. The walk you have is very narrow and at the end of the wooden walkway there is a huge sign in the sand that blocks the entrance to the beach.

What a wonderful condo- we loved it - it was as described on the website- we hope to be back again next year. We had a couple of issues but the were addressed promptly! Way to go! That’s customer service at its best!

We loved the large balconies and the view of the ocean. We saw dolphins nearly every day from our balcony. The convenience of having beach/pool access steps from our elevator made things so easy. Master bedroom was expansive and had a beautiful ocean view. Great upgrades and space for our family. Would love to go back there!!!
