East 402 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the fourth floor, East 402 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more.

This is located on the fourth floor.

East 402 offers a seaside feel with an inviting open-concept living area with travertine tile flooring. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. Just off of the kitchen is a laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer set so you can keep your clothing and beach towels clean and dry throughout your stay.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features exquisite tile, a large jacuzzi bathtub, a tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Only steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Fantastic!
We absolutely love coming here. First time staying at Silver Beach. Definitely one of our favorites! We'll be back for sure with more family and friends. E402 was a wonderful condo! Perfect location, great size room! You can watch the dolphins swimming every morning. Both bedrooms face the ocean with their own entrance to the balcony. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night, Just amazing. Thank you for a funfilled spring break!!! We'll be back!

I enjoyed my stay over all ..... but, I did not like being on the private beach while people were fishing.... if you are going to allow fishing it should be times when guest are not in the water or on the beach, I also did not like the guest feeding the birds on the beach....My overall experience at Compass Resort was great....

This was our first visit to Destin Florida and Silver Beach - Compass Resorts. Everything was very nice - the beach was absolutely beautiful, pools, etc. our condo was clean and nice amenities. We were very satisfied with our visit we will definitely be back again. Visiting from Wisconsin. Beautiful resort. Beaches were not to crowded. White sand and clean. Condo was nice, great amenities.

We love, love compass resorts and silver beach towers!! We recommend this place to all our friends and will come here year after year! We came last year and fell in love. Only a few points noticed this year. The unit, E402 had some trouble with water pooling in tubs and sinks. Might be a clog somewhere in the overall facility. The washer and dryer could be updated. We also had some trouble with a tenet somewhere on the facility smoking weed (happened a couple nights). Nothing you guys can really do about that but thought I would let you know it happened and we contacted security. Overall these are minor and we still loved our stay and will come back next year!!!

Our family has stayed at a Compass Resorts’ property multiple times in Destin, Florida. The resort is clean, has great accommodations and we know we will have a great condo on a great beach! The included beach chair and umbrella service is convenient and the tram that sets up the chairs are friendly as well. They also offer kayak, paddle boards, floats and ice cream as well.
