East 202 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the second floor lobby level, East 202 offers breathtaking views of the gulf and direct access to two beachfront balconies. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. East 202 is thoughtfully arranged to create the perfect atmosphere for peaceful relaxation.

East 202 offers an upscale, contemporary feel with warm, welcoming colors and an inviting open-concept living area. Throughout the vacation condo you'll find stunning touches, like intricate crown molding, nine-foot windows, and travertine tile floors. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the 75-inch flat-screen Smart TV. The wraparound sofa even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the two furnished beachfront balconies. The dining area offers seating for eight. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, 42-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, 37-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, 37-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Paradise in Destin!
So beautiful and close to the beach we barely left the condo!! This place was above and beyond anything we could have imagined!! The location was perfect - 2nd floor no elevators the whole week!! The areA had plenty of activities in walking distance.

We love booking with Compass Resorts. Reservations are easily made and staff are very nice and helpful. The property is always well taken care of and it's always a treat to stay there. We prefer Silver Beach Towers and have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend.

The views from every room were perfect. The management company was responsive. The location was great. Easy access to unit from Lobby and from unit to beach and pool. Beds comfy. We will be back.

This condo (E-202) was PERFECT!!
We've stayed at numerous condos at Silver Beach Towers and have always been satisfied, but this one (E-202) was absolutely THE BEST. We will be renting this exact condo next year. Everything was modern and updated, new appliances in kitchen and laundry room, extremely comfortable couch that seats 6 easily, gulf views from every bedroom, easy access to parking and to the beach (walk in / walk out... no elevator), no carpet, all tile floors easy to vacuum the sand off of... everything was just perfect! Thank you!

This has been one of our favorite Christmas destinations! East Tower  202 was awesome; perfectly appointed with everything we needed! The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was appointed with everything us foodies could want! We cooked local seafood and family favorite recipes including Christmas cookies and homemade canolis! The view of the beach was gorgeous and the lobby location of the condo was perfect for my senior parents to stroll to the pool and beach! The Silver Beach Towers are impeccably clean and up to date!
