East 1804 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the eighteenth floor, East 1804 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. Lifelong memories are waiting for you at East 1804, and it'll keep you returning year after year!

East 1804 offers a coastal feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony.. A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also centrally located in the home.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a deep soaker bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom . The second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds .

Amazing
Not one negative comment!! Amazing!! The place was so clean and even better than the pictures. Amazing balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean. Will definitely come back.

Our stay at South Beach Towers, #1804 was awesome. The place is spotless, well equipped and newly renovated. It was probably one of the nicest places we have stayed in Destin. The view is awesome, the Backdoor Beach Bar a short walk down the beach and the daily beach service was awesome and very easy to work with. Can't wait to go back! Check in and check out couldn't have been any easier Thank you for an awesome week of sunshine and warm breezes! Blessings to all!

It was the best trip in 15 years the accommodations far exceeded the pictures and descriptions listed in VRBO and we were pleased at how clean the beaches and the amenities are.

Fabulous

Awesome
Beautiful condo, clean, spacious and perfect view. Had basic kitchen appliances, cutlery, Keurig machine nice touch. Would definitely stay again
