East 1206 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the twelfth floor, East 1206 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. East 1206 is a perfectly decorated beach home that will keep you returning year after year!

East 1206 is an extra-large end condo that offers an inviting, colorful open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The expansive balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for outdoor entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the view. The dining area offers seating for six with an additional three seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both this guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms have a north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was so perfect for us. The staff was excellent. The building was clean. Everything is so easily accessible. We will be staying at Silver Beach Towers every time we come back to Destin and hopefully in the same condo “1206-E”.

Loved E1206 condo! When you first walk in your are immediately greated with cute ocean decorations. The warm feeling when you enter the place is just grand. The view is gorgeous from the balcony. Outside furniture is very nice and plentiful. Full size washer and dryer is great. Loved the garden tub in master bath. The shower in there is Devine! Living room furniture is comfy! We have been coming to the beach for vacation for over 10 years, and this has to be the best condo we have ever stayed in. Loved the balcony for the bedrooms in the front. Most beds in condo were comfy, but master is a little on the hard side. Overall, I would stay in this condo again in a heart beat!
