East 1105 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the eleventh floor, East 1105 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, complimentary seasonal beach service, and much more. You'll enjoy the beach twice as much as when you stay in East 1105 as it now comes with two beach setups. A colorful, tropical getaway is waiting for you!

East 1105 offers an inviting open-concept living area. Generous seating provides the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the 65-inch 4K smart TV and Blu-ray player. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows with quality interior shutters that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony that provides unrestricted views of the beach from east to west. The dining area offers seating for four with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen HDTV with DVD/CD player, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The attached, private master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower with built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen HDTV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower with a built-in bench.

Very pleased with the Silver Beach Towers property. Our condo, #1105 was perfect in every way for our stay. Silver Beach Towers is meticulous in how well the property is maintained. We liked that there was underground parking in an assigned space and that entry is by key fob, very secure. There were always carts available to transport items from the garage to the condo. While my need for assistance from Compass Resorts associates was limited, any interaction was helpful, friendly and professional. We love the Destin area and have found the perfect property to return to again.

One we will never forget
We have stayed at Silver Beach towers multiple times, this was our first time staying in this condo, and we have to say it is by far one of our favorite properties we have stayed at!! It was fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, the entire condo was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and of course you cannot beat the view! We will definitely be staying at this property in the future!!

We have been staying at Silver Beach Towers since 2015 and this by far is one of our most favorite condo's! It was very clean and everything was in working order - all the light bulbs worked, appliances were in good working order and the tv/cable/streaming services were easy to figure out. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation get away! We will be back!

We have been coming to Silver Beach Towers via Compass Resorts since 2015. We truly love this vacation rental. It is well maintained; everything is always clean and neat. Even the bathrooms by the pool area are spotless! They have great customer service (the gentleman with the beach chairs has been here for years and remembers folks, and is always so kind), and really look after the guests. We’ve never been disappointed staying here and we don’t think you will be either.

We has an amazing stay here. This condo is absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We stayed with another couple and both bedrooms have an ocean view which was great! The beach access, pool, and location were also very convenient. We've vacationed in Destin multiple times, but this was by far the best condo we have stayed in! We will definitely come back!

This unit is spotless and wonder. Perfect view, great pools and access to many activities! I would definitely come again. Heads up though, we are used to having access to previously used beach toys etc. There are no beach toys etc here and no place to pay yours forward to the next guest of this unit. Also, no iron or hairdryer. Just a heads up!

The check-in process was a little annoying and I never got an answer regarding the chair rentals but the beauty of this place and its location more than makes up for minor inconveniences. It was really worth every penny.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo, from the breath taking views and thoughtfully appointed apartment to great beach service this place exceeded our expectations. We loved watching the dolphins from our balcony while sipping on our morning coffee and strolling down the beach in the evening and watching the sting rays play in the surf. The beach is very clean and water pristine. The warm pool and hot tubs offer a great way to warm up after a refreshing March dip in the ocean. There is lots to do in the area as well. We spent one day at the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola and another family diving with the local PADI shop in Destin. The only thing we found puzzling is the lack of recycling in this part of Florida. It felt awful to be throwing empty cans and bottles down the garbage chute. Otherwise this was a great place we would certainly consider for a return trip.

My wife and I have rented this Silver Beach condo for the third year in a row. Perfectly located in town, floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms and off the patio. Views are incredible and the staff is always professional. We WILL be back in 2018.

We stayed at Silver Beach Towers, E1105 and it is an amazing resort! This was our first stay here and we enjoyed every minute of it! We really liked that there were 2 swimming pools and jacuzzis so we could cool off after spending time at the beach without feeling that the pool was overcrowded! Beautiful views from every angle! Great location and close to just about everything. Highly recommend this this resort!

We enjoyed our stay at The Silver Beach Towers. We have stayed on other occasions & each stay has been wonderful. The management company Compass Resorts is very professional & easy to work with. They are very helpful & informative without being overbearing like some companies can be. I Highly recommend them for a Fabulous vacation experience.
