The Palms of Destin 1612 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo vacation rental located in central Destin, Florida. The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center is filled with amenities for those seeking an active beach vacation. The beach is only minutes away with our complimentary beach shuttle. The resort has multiple pools with waterfall features, a hot tub, playground, fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. The Palms of Destin is centrally located with easy access to attractions, area restaurants, shopping, and water sports.

The condo offers an open concept living and dining area as well as an inviting balcony with views from the sixth floor of the East Tower. You’ll enjoy a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and flat-screen TVs throughout the condo.

This condo features a large master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full over full bunkbed and a nearby full bathroom.

We had a wonderful experience! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. This has been mostly a miss for us when renting a condo in other vacation cities. So we were very happy about this! Staff at the Palms Bistro were all very friendly. They gave us pre-loaded cards for the children to play arcade games. The nightly live music and Karaoke were great! Also the happy hour drink specials were good! We loved all the pool options and kid areas. This is a family friendly place! We will be back!

Everything was pretty great, only issues is walking far from car to room. The bed was rough, very stiff, sheets were not very soft at all, otherwise, very happy.

Perfect stay
The location was great, with everything we needed close by. The property was clean everything was in working order. The condo it’s self was a perfect size for our group of 5, it had a relaxing and airy feel to it. Everything was working and clean. We had a view of the parking lot of the strip stores nearby but also of the ocean. Would stay again.
