Unit 1206A is an outstanding property. Convenient to the Gulf, restaurants and shopping, indoor and outdoor pools. When we arrive the entrance code was easily available and the unit was very clean. Hope to return to Destin and this condo next year.

Great location, unit was very nicely furnished. Workout room is small for how large the property and number of units. One of 2 hot tubs was closed the entire stay. Keypad lock on door shut off our code an hour before checkout time which caused last minute panic. Otherwise the trip was very nice.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and you really feel welcome. It has everything you need for a prefect vacation, including the most beautiful view ever! And the owners and Compass Resorts are so friendly and accommodating. Even though Tropical Storm Barry put a damper on the end of our trip, we had an amazing time in 1206A. We look forward to staying there again in the future!
