This 460 square foot studio villa is located on the fifth floor of Destin West's Gulfside Villa Building on tranquil Okaloosa Island. The furnished balcony offers a glimpse of both the Choctawhatchee Bay and the sparkling emerald waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Destin West Gulfside Villa 510 offers convenient access to the many Gulfside and the bay-side amenities. Gulfside amenities include the beachfront pool and hot tub, children’s wading pool, fitness center, and beach access boardwalk. The bay-side amenities, which are easily accessible utilizing the walkover bridge, include the lazy river, zero-entry pool, heated pool with waterfall, and two community hot tubs. Complimentary wireless internet is provided.

Destin West Gulfside Villa 510 has an open-concept floor plan. This studio villa has a privacy wall separating the living and sleep areas. The living area features a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and entrance to the private furnished balcony. This studio villa offers a kitchenette, with a microwave oven, two-burner stove, Keurig, traditional coffee pot, refrigerator and a dishwasher.
The sleeping area comes complete with a queen bed and flat-screen TV, and access to the bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

Very nice. The pool was wonderful. The balcony view was very spacious and nice! Good access to the beach and walkway to the wave pool. Everything was great!

Cozy and perfect!
My guy and I were here a full week. We enjoyed it so much. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. We would sit on the patio and have breakfast. Never turned the television on. The place was perfect. Looking forward to coming back!

3rd time in this condo. We love this condo! Super clean and nice furnishings except outside furniture. The loveseat is broke in the middle and another cushion is missing. Wanted to book again but was only showing 7 day stays available. Hopefully that will change and I’ll look again closer to date. Great customer service from Compass!

Love this location. So much to do within walking distance. Needs cushions outside on furniture, and it didn't bother us but the paint in the bathroom looks like its melting. Comfortable furniture inside. Had a great time!
