The first guest bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and both bedrooms include flat-screen TVs. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is easy to access from the bedrooms or living areas. The last guest bedroom is furnished with a twin over full bunk bed.

What's the cancellation / refund policy?
Answer:
Reservations canceled prior to the final payment due date will result in a full refund, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. Reservations canceled after the final payment is made will result in a refund of 25% of the reservation total, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. One change is permitted to be made to reservations prior to the final payment. All changes to reservations after the final payment are not permitted. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will result in no refunds.
All payments are refundable prior to the final payment due date. To protect your vacation rental investment, we strongly recommend purchasing Generali Travel Insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning and maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
