The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Lucia 702 have been tastefully decorated with a modern beachside theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and provides plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the 75" flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances, a side-by-side refrigerator, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. Right off the kitchen is a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom suite is made for privacy with a sliding door separating it from the main living area, and has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. The guest bedroom suite has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Shells Beach Resort features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Tennis courts, a basketball court, and separate aerobics and weightlifting facilities help to keep you active and energized!

The HOA has notified us that they will be painting the exterior of the St. Lucia Building. We have not been given a detailed schedule for the project, however they have stated that the project will begin on the front of the building in September 2023 and continue into Early March 2024. We expect that this will be a minimal disruption to your stay. A portion of the upper parking deck will be blocked off for equipment, but this will not affect the assigned parking in the interior of the garage.
