The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Maarten 1206 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy coastal theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for four with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.
The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. The St. Croix HOA has scheduled construction to waterproof the exterior of the building, and re-coat balcony railings. This work will begin Tuesday, December 07, 2021 and is expected to be completed around Wednesday, June 1, 2022 (weather permitting). Guests staying at Silver Shells during this time should expect to hear general construction noise including loud grinding and buzzing around the resort between 8:30AM – 5:30PM CST Monday – Friday.
